Loved this little spot my wife stubbled upon. @mercilavie.piedmont is a fun breakfast place located in st sauveur region. We had went just after our wedding in our way up to go ziplining in tremblant.
Great food, different from what you would expect to be the traditional breakfast, with a slight elevated twist!
The only remark is that you can’t really modify anything on the menu to accommodate certain restrictions of food so my young kids weren’t able to eat much other than a croissant and some bread.
But they did enjoy the matcha ice cream very much
The seating area itself is spacious and bright, with large windows providing a pleasant view. The portions are filling, and the croissants and cookies at the front were delicious. Be aware that some items might not be halal, so it’s a good idea to ask while ordering. They are accommodating and can remove ingredients if necessary. The staff speaks English, which is a plus. Also, refills for tea and coffee are free after the first round. The music was enjoyable but a bit loud – it made conversation difficult at times. We were lucky to hear some instrumental tunes with Anatolian vibes, which added a nice touch. The washrooms were clean, and the menu items were tasty. Prices are around $30 per person. Definitely worth a visit – I recommend it!
My only criticism would be that wait times can be very long (for sit down lunch), so plan accordingly.
The food here is really good it’s a very busy place the staff are great and parking is tight but it’s worth the wait.
I have tried the lemonade that they do both strawberry and pineapple I find the strawberry is better.
There breads and baguette are very good quality also there pastry’s l really like the smoked maple croissant a favourite.
It’s a 50 minute drive from Montreal but it’s well worth it.
