The overall experience was quite positive. There was a large party when we visited, which caused a delay in the waitress taking our order. However, the food was excellent, with the beet salad standing out as a highlight. The drinks were also fantastic!

Jazmine & Lindsay went above & BEYOND, I’ve been here once before and the service has yet to fail me! Excellent craft cocktails – Food is absolutely amazing, not a huge menu but everything on the menu is to die for!!! Great price point too! We will be re-accruing regulars for sure.

Always a family favorite before a show or just because it’s a day that ends in “y”. Modest menu options means everything is done well, but really there is something for everyone. Steak frites, Guacamole & chips, short rib empanadas, Korean Chicken bao buns, burger special of the day… The specialty mixed drink menu is spot on. From fruity to boozy, they’ve got your number.

Everything was phenomenal! We had the dan dan noodles, Korean fried chicken bao buns, calamari, and guac/salsa. We had no complaints about any of our dishes! They were flavorful and the textures were right! Andrea was our server — sweet as can be and had great food/drink recs! I will definitely be back here. Pictured is the two to mango drink, which I also loved. The music was also on point! 🙂

This was a very nice spot to share some small plates and an excellent charcuterie board. The place was very busy, but our server Magda did a great job taking care of us. We had a couple different beers, but the cocktails looked amazing. Can’t wait to try a cocktail on my next visit.

Great ambiance, amazing drinks, and even better food. I had the Market burger which was full of flavor and a generous portion with a side of tasty fries. The mamacita cocktail was delicious with a hint of jalapeño flavor but still very refreshing. The bartender was very skilled and on point. Merchant Bar is definitely a hidden gem in downtown Wilmington.

Went there for our anniversary during restaurant week and it was really good. Great food. Granted we got 3 courses for $35 but the normal prices seemed reasonable too. Everything was cooked exactly as asked. Probably a little bit loud as the evening went on but the service was good and we went on a sunny day so the setting was perfect. Would recommend.

Food was tasty but the service was very very slow. At one point, they took away our utensils only to give us utensils back 20 minutes later (I think they assumed we had finished but we only got our apps and were waiting for our entrees). I can understand it was busy but it took over two hours to get our food. The portions were also a lot smaller than we anticipated.

Cool downtown bar on Market St. Good food and drinks. We were served by Albert who was excellent. He had great recommendations for both food and drink. Definetly stop in if you are in the area.
