Evelin was absolutely wonderful—super friendly and awesome! The burritos were incredible, truly fire! We ordered two breakfast burritos: one with eggs, potatoes, and ham, and both were delicious. One was spicy chili, and the other had a medium heat. Truly a fantastic meal!

Their breakfast burritos are bomb! We got the bacon burrito, but they said they make homemade chorizo that we will be trying next time! Highly recommend. They were closed for a year to remodel and are still working on receiving their liquor license which they should have in a couple months. Can’t wait to see this business blossom!

I was happy to see that Mercedes had reopened and the sign for $4 breakfast burrito brought me in. I ordered a breakfast burrito with chorizo, which ended up being $9.50. Felt like a rip-off. Food was good but I doubt I’ll be back.

Got the chorizo and did half mild and half hot on the chili. Perfect heat level for me! It actually had some spice!

In the search for the best breakfast burrito in wheat Ridge, Mercedes has entered the chat. The owner has ties to El Jefe, but there’s space for dining in and the breakfast burrito prices are great. We had an Egg, potato, and cheese burrito and a Bacon, egg, potato, and cheese burrito. My only advice is to order to your true chili spice level. The hot was hot and the medium was not mild in the slightest. The burritos were big and you’ll leave satisfied.
