We had such an excellent time here. The atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and full of great energy. It’s the kind of place that immediately puts you in a good mood.
Our server Damon was fantastic; super personable, attentive, and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing.
For dinner, we ordered the Kuwpi Burger and rib sliders, both were absolutely delicious. The burger had the perfect level of heat and was crispy and flavorful, and the burger was juicy, rich, and cooked just right. You can tell they really care about quality and flavor. Overall, it was a great brunch with amazing food, excellent service, and a fun vibe.

Surprisingly good. Sliders were very tasty and the roasted chicken also good. Kids food is OK. Service comes and goes but to be expected at an airport. Food comes out quick.

We ordered the hummus plate and the spaghetti. AMAZING!!! It isn’t just spaghetti, not is it just hummus. You felt as if you were in a 5 star restaurant. We (my husband and I) split both dishes and we’re unable to finish either. Would go again. Maria was FANTASTIC.

Mercantile at Denver International Airport is easily one of the best dining options inside the airport if you are looking for real food, fast service, and a clean place to sit before a flight. The food comes out hot and fresh, the portions are solid, and the coffee is noticeably better than most airport spots. The staff moves quickly even during peak travel hours, which is huge when you are trying to eat before boarding. I bring clients through DIA often and this is the place I trust because it consistently gives a reliable meal and a comfortable spot to talk without the noise or chaos you get in other terminals. If you are searching for where to eat at the Denver airport, whether it is breakfast, lunch, or something quick before a connection, Mercantile is the easiest recommendation to make.

Nothing like accidentally choosing a James Beard Award winning Chef with a sommelier on staff at an airport!
Dan the sommelier, waited for my order then suggested an epic white to pair with the Ahi Tuna Bowl. Dans level of education on wine is almost comical for an airport restaurant! We had a great convo about the region of Spain and the Albariño grape in the bottle of La Caña Albariño.
The flavors of the Ahi bowl were extremely well developed.
Such a gem in the typical airport hellscape of dining options
Thank you Dan for the fun and surprising dining experience!

This food hits the spot! First time at Denver airport didn’t disappoint. A delicious home cooked meal, the “airline chicken” dish made this a special dinner time meal. Jessica was my server and she know’s helped me pick exactly what I was craving! Thanks Mercantile, and Jessica for your layover offering here in Colorado!

We were here early on a Tuesday to catch a flight and stopped here for breakfast. We have been to their main location at Union Station and have always been really happy with our visits. From the host, to the coffee and food, everything was spectacular at this airport location.
My husband ordered the Turkish Eggs and it was delivered. I ordered the Croissant sandwich with potatoes and that was also fantastic. Don’t pass up their lattes if you are a fan. It was delicious!

I cant say enough of this experience. Though I am not fond of visiting Colorado, I am fond of this airport restuarant! Jeff, my wait person was fantastic! As I arrived and seating within minutes I had my drink order (the gal who delivered it was pleasant as well!)! And the place was BUSY with what seemed as a morning rush. This was marked with food that matched the service. Fast and friendly! If you are on a 14 hour layover (like me) or a 25 min connect.. this is the place!

My wife and I dined here during a wait for a plane trip.
We decided to dine here based on the online menu. But as it turned out the online menu was not updated, so a different menu was presented us during our visit. A bit disappointing. We asked the server and manager where the updated online menu could be found, and it turned out that it is not updated. And they change menu regularly.
Anyway… the menu offers some nice food and beverage choices – more delicate than most other restaurants in an airport.
And the food tasted real nice, and the wine also was good.
The service was good.
The atmosphere was as dining at an airport.
Would have been five stars if the online menu displayed the current menu so people planning up front is not misguided.
Overall a very nice dining experience.
