We visited Meraki Greek on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly busy. Unfortunately, the overall experience left something to be desired.

The restaurant clearly hasn’t had a deep clean in quite some time. The general cleanliness really stood out in a negative way and made it hard to fully enjoy the meal.

The gentleman who took our order was not very pleasant, and the waitress who brought our food didn’t include everything that was supposed to come on our plates. When we asked about it, her response was that the notes showed we didn’t want the items; but we paid for them, so that was frustrating.

We waited about 20 minutes for our food, and the couple next to us waited over 30 minutes. There was a manager present, but he seemed more focused on personal matters than running the restaurant. It honestly felt like he should’ve gone home for the day.

I’m a big fan of Greek food, and the food itself was decent, however it’d really over priced. I’d give it about a 3.5/5. If you’re not expecting much and want something better than fast food but not quite a full sit-down experience, this place fits that middle ground. Just don’t go in with high expectations for service or atmosphere and be willing to wait.

We weren’t expecting to find this wonderful Greek restaurant in St. George, but we were blown away! The food is outstanding—fresh, delicious, and mostly healthy (though we indulged in the baklava ice cream and have zero regrets). It was our first time, and we were overwhelmed by the menu — the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, patiently explaining dishes, sauces, and accompaniments to help us decide. Can’t wait to return and try more!
There’s also a lovely patio if you prefer to eat outdoors.

This place is awesome! The food was fantastic and the service was friendly and incredibly helpful. You order at the counter but then we sat and were served and treated like we were at a full service restaurant. We had the Gyro platter and added some chicken and steak kabobs ala cart. The baklava was light & flaky, one of the best we have ever had! Can’t wait to come back and try the baklava ice cream and bread pudding.

Loved it. The food is all tasty and high quality. The steak kabobs were a nice surprise, there were delicious. (I’m used to seeing chicken kabobs, not steak, and this was so yummy). Our family also ordered the gyro platter, the gyro, salad wrap with chicken. We ordered the steak as a kids meal and then added another one for my tween son. It was just right for him. The salad wrap was a pleasant surprise… Lighter than a gyro, but very tasty. My daughters got the gyro platter, and the gyro meat was so tender and flavorful. We also ordered hummus and pita. The hummus was delicious…I highly recommend ordering that if you like hummus at all. the picture of the hummus only shows one pita, because we ate it too fast before picture. So good!! Great service, the guy running the dining area was so nice. Also, the customers were really nice as well. We had a party of five, and two groups moved to make sure we had a big table … We didn’t ask, it was just such a nice thing to do.

Everything we ordered was spot on. The Lemon Chicken Soup (Avgolemono) was so creamy and bright, and the Shrimp Kalamakia in the Meráki Signature Bowl were perfectly grilled and fresh. Finished it off with Mama’s Rice Pudding—the best comfort dessert. Fresh ingredients, great service, and healthy portions. Highly recommend!

Im genuinely impressed with how delicious the food here was. At first I was skeptical especially with the price tag but it is worth it. The steak plate was tender, juice, and a larger amount than we thought. The gyro (beef + lamb) was exactly what you’d want in a gyros. Filled with meat, delicious sauce, and a wonderful pita that did not break or split!
I will be going back.

The atmosphere was noisy. Really noisy, we practically had to shout to talk across the table. We had to wait forever to get our food. When it came out, they brought the wrong salad. They quickly made the right one, but after waiting so long, it was frustrating. The “Greek rice”is not greek rice, it’s rice pilaf very similar to, if not exactly the same as, rice-a-roni. The tomatoes were over ripe and mushy in the salad, but the pepperoncinis were super good, also beware, the kalamata olives have pits in them. The Lamb Gyro was delicious though!
