Simply the best Ramen place in north jersey. I have been to many ramen places in NJ and Manhattan. For ramen, this place is better than Ippudo in the city. I tried Tonkotsu, Karakuchi, and Tempura ramen. All of them were superb and my favorite is Karakuchi.
Sushi also matches very well with ramen.

The tonkatsu ramen had such deep flavor without being too salty. It’s just right – rich and flavorful. My seven year old finishes an entire bowl by himself. The owner always greets us with such warmth and hospitality consistently offering my kids bits of sushi and rice with soup for the road. She keeps us coming back for more! Love this place!!

Too bad there are only 5 stars to give on all fronts. The service was impeccable! They were so kind, easy to work with, and friendly. Catered my sister’s engagement party with them and before one side of the family was done with pictures the other side of the family nearly gobbled the whole two platters up. The fish was fresh, all other ingredients were tasty, and it was plattered beautifully and was just so freaking delicious.
Anyone who doesn’t take my word for it is a fool. Support you local favorite sushi restaurant when you want to go out for dinner…but on the go grabbing lunch, work event, any catering, you gotta go here.
This is just a review about the sushi. They were churning out mouthwatering ramen as I was ordering each one made just for that order. The broth smelt delicious and unctuous, rich and flavorful.
I cannot wait to just drop by to grab lunch here one day, or find another reason to order sushi for a big group again.

I’ve always enjoyed their sushi and tonight we had the ramen for first time. The tonkotsu ramen broth was very flavorful and chasu was delicious. My kids loved it too. We are definitely ordering again.

Can you hear audio on the camera? I walked away after being treated poorly. Why would I hand my money over to someone who treats people like that? I as a customer shouldn’t have to ask more than twice for a request. After he gave me the explanation of the noodles and kept pushing I of course walked away. I understand how ramen is made. I’ve been to ramen places in Tokyo that allow you to get noodles well done. You guys are a made to order food stall so I assumed that you could make the noodles to order no? Not only that but we’ve been here before and the noodles were to hard for my mother therefore we requested that they be cooked more. There is no excuse for that man to have spoken down to us as if we were not paying customers and Asians who have eaten plenty of noddles in our lifetime. I can tell by the response why that man felt entitled to speak to us the way he did. Like I said there are plenty of other ramen places in the area that won’t treat you like you’re an idiot for wanting noodles cooked longer because you’re missing a few teeth.

Have been a customer of this market since the original location. I just came today for a quick bite to eat at this booth. I am Asian and so is my mother. I asked if the noodles could be cooked a little longer and the young skinny kid with orange hair and perm with glasses says if you want them mushy sure. I then say my mother has a hard time chewing so yes we would like them cooked a little longer than the last time we came here. He then proceeded to give me more attitude and say we time and have perfected how long our noodles are cooked so if you you really want them to be mushy I guess. So I said no thanks and walked away because I will not have to be so unbelievably rude and embarrass my mom like that. The ramen isn’t that good anyway there are plenty of options in this area especially in the last 5 years with the booming Asian population.

Do not underestimate this place only because it is in a grocery store. They have great ramens. I had Black ramen, and my wife had Karakuchi. The broth was so flavorful and was not salty. Pork belly topping was smokey and just melted as soon as I put it in my mouth. Vegi toppings were very fresh and enough in portion. It’s a very good place to have quick dinner before you start grocery shopping.

My favorite place to eat in Bergen county. While it’s tucked inside the Woori mart, it’s a perfect place for a delicious bite. The portions are large and the owner is so friendly. She goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy.
