Seated immediately. We have a lot of experience with Ramen but, as we always do, we asked for recommendations and ordered what was recommended. Everyone has different tastes, and mine usually don’t align with popular opinion. While I think I would have enjoyed my original inclination, the dishes we ordered were all fantastic. In particular, for next time we intend to order #9 Garlic Miso Tori Paitan again with spicy chicken Karaage instead of regular Karaage. The strawberry soju was tasty standard soju and we were very pleased splitting that. The mochi ice cream was good for those who enjoy that kind of dessert.

Excellent ramen and gyoza! The vegetable gyoza was so crispy and flavorful. I enjoyed the spicy butter miso ramen and it was sooo good! The broth was rich, spicy and with just the right amount of pork bone funk, the pork was tender and just the right amount of fatty, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the soft boiled soy egg was the cherry on top. And my partner with the tonkotsu ramen said ditto with the exception being his broth which was light but still flavorful. Will be back to try many MANY more things.

If we could give this place more stars we would!!! My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Kitakara. The food came out quick and was delicious. Our server was excellent and attentive as well, we look forward to our next visit.

Great food! Everything we had was amazing. Wish the chicken katsu had a bit more curry with the dish, but still delicious. The ramen was full of flavor and creamy. The tabletop hot sauce is great addition and great amount of spice. Coming back soon!

This place rules. Ingot, the owner, is a saint and is incredibly funny. Shout-out to Nathan, Natalie, AJ, Mini, and Junior. Y’all are all awesome. Definitely try the #3 ramen. It’s incredible. Then again, everything that I’ve had on the menu is delicious. Enjoy!

Great experience at Menya Kitakara today. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding. Didn’t get a pic of the dumplings because they were gone in a flash. Tasty appetizers, fantastic Ramen (#2 and #9 pictured) in a clean, modern environment. Priced very moderately and with a good variety of dishes and drinks to choose from. Give this place a try. You’ll love it!
