We stopped by here 30 mins before they closed on the way back home to East Limestone, AL from Georgia. The folks there were super friendly and hospitable even with closing time looming! We never felt rushed or like we were a bother. Reminds me of home back in the day! Warm and comfy on a cold November night. Side note, decently clean and stocked restrooms. That’s a plus!
We ordered two pizzas and 4 soft drinks. The bill was about $40 (less than Chick-fil-A! Haha). Buffalo pizza was a hit and they made another with a ranch based sauce for us because my daughter doesn’t like “red sauce”. Also they have an assortment of local and handcrafted items. Reminds me of a souvenir store in Gatlinburg. I got my wife a bird puzzle for Christmas.
We will definitely stop through here again on our way to Georgia and tell family about it as well!

Great Pizza, hotdogs n chili, chicken salad sandwiches. All kinds of very neat stuff inside the Mentone Market. Service staff are very friendly and helpful. Awesome place to visit.

This place was great! The pizza was made to order, very good. The salads and dressings are all made in house. The food was great, employees were friendly, and the small town atmosphere was great for grabbing a bite to eat after exploring nearby DeSoto State Park. Plus, there are a ton of locally made items for sale. We will be the back next time we are in the area.

Great little secret hidden in Mentone. We drove from Ft Payne to give it a try. The pizza was amazing. I expected the prices to be higher but it was very reasonable. Speed….wow. we moved to the area from Dallas TX to slow down. It’s the first time I have received food in Dallas speed. My wife didn’t even have time to shop. Saved me even more money…not really, she still shopped after eating. We highly recommend stopping in for some pizza and local shopping.
