Definitely a must visit. Healthy, extremely tasty, and has you feeling good after. Extremely accessible by transit, car, or just a short walk from multiple bellevue staples. And their customer service is top tier. We wanted to give a shoutout to Stephanie especially, she made our experience phenomenal, was super friendly and helpful (as it was our first time at Mendocino Farms).

If you’re in downtown Bellevue and looking for a fantastic spot for fresh, made-to-order food, Mendocino Farms is an absolute must-visit! This gem of a soup, salad, and sandwich shop exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by DASHA, who made our experience truly exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, polite, professional, and sweet—her warm, attentive service set the perfect tone for our meal. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure every customer feels welcome and well taken care of.
The service here is impressively fast. You order at the counter, and before you know it, your beautifully prepared food arrives at your table. We tried the Cobb salad, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, generous portions, and bursting with flavor.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch during your workday or meeting friends for a relaxed meal, Mendocino Farms delivers on all fronts. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is inviting, and the staff (especially Dasha!) go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience.
One small heads up: parking in downtown Bellevue can be a little tricky, so plan ahead and give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot. But trust me, it’s absolutely worth it!
Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be back!

I work right next door so I was excited to have another healthy option to come to everyday but this place decided they want to start ripping off customers for greed. I bought the Chicken Baja Green Goddess for almost $20. This thing is about as sad as Seattle’s weather. I think Fred Meyers sells better prepackaged salads for a quarter the cost. This is mostly cheap spring mix salad with a couple toppings thrown in, and the star of the show – chicken – was about as present as my dad at little league. I feel so scammed it’s not even funny. Go to chipotle if you want to get your protein. I’m sorry Mendocino but you just lost this customer.
Everyone else, you have been warned.

Surprised to see a lower rating for this place. I ordered a spicy calabrian turkey focaccia. The bread is amazing! The turkey can be a little warmer, all other ingredients are amazing. They serve at table by scanning qrcode even though you order at counter.

I purchased a kale and apple salad alongside my order and It’s unacceptable to charge premium prices and be serve an old, disgusting salad. Mind you this is an order I placed New Year’s Day…Look at the date 12/28…! Thanks for swapping out the item after in inconvenient walk back to your business but due to my experience it makes me wonder how the rest of the food is being handled. Experiences like this are exactly why I choose to primarily cook at home with ingredients sourced from places I trust. Care and standards in this industry feel increasingly absent.

Was really excited for this location in downtown Bellevue, but everything that I’ve had so far has been sweet and sugary. The dressings are overpoweringly sweet and even the sandwich prep. Vegan bahn mi, happy hippie, watermelon poke and peach and goat cheese salad were all drenched in sugary sauce which didn’t really give a healthy and light feeling. The staff is noticeably friendly and making an effort with it being a new location.

I got a vegan banh mi sandwich and it tasted pretty flavorful with a nice spice kick to it. I didn’t notice any hidden fees when I dined in. The ciabatta bread was also nice to the tooth

We ordered chicken caprese sandwich and asked for no mozzarella because of dairy sensitivity. Yet, they added mozzarella which caused my wife abdominal pain. After I called the restaurant and told them that this is happening for the fourth time and was expressing my frustration, the person that I spoke to was annoyed rather than understanding the seriousness of the situation.
The food here is good but this particular location lacks the basic decency of human behavior and the understanding of food sensitivities and allergies.
People with allergies beware and check your order even if it is a take out.

DASHA ONCE AGAIN HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK ON ALL LEVELS!! We have eaten here a few times and now we will come back when she is working because her level of customer service is outstanding, 1,000,000 stars! She’s friendly, personable, cheerful, accommodating, and attentive. Always willing to help! She deserves a raise. We eat out a lot and are very impressed by her superior customer service. We hope this review makes it to the CEO! Please keep hiring people like DASHA or have her train other staff members. Other staff members are great too! She’s a GEM SO PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE OF HER!
The food is excellent! We have come back for the Cobb salad a handful of times now and will continue to be back. The portions are very generous. Prices fair. Parking is easy, you validate with using your phone number. The restaurant is very clean as well! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience coming in to the Mendocino Farms location in Bellevue. This location is very busy during lunch and was helped when I came in immediately by the tm at the door whom I believe was Angelina and was very sweet to me. My order was thrown to be ready in the next hour as the store seemed to have a lot of to-go orders, which I didn’t realize, but Raul was able to help push my order in and to my surprise I got it relatively quick! Adding Mendocino Farms to the list of quick bites! Lovely location and staff, yet parking is a little hard here.
