Small interior at this Mendocino Farms location in Redwood City, as it seems the majority business is take-outs for the office workers in the vicinity. Easy ordering process, but service could be slow during the peak lunch hours. The three salads we tried were all pretty good, and just the right portions. Large free parking lot.

Not so fried chicken sandwich is so good that it leaves me asking for more…every dang time I have it. First cold sandwich I ever liked!
The seasonal goat cheese salad – had the one with pink apples & also with oranges, was great both times so flavorful & wholesome.
Online ordering & pick are 100% on time.
The salad packaging is the best part, the bowl has a cavity to keep the dressing so that the salad doesn’t get all soggy!
See you on another Friday or may be one of the weekdays.

I tried to call on Monday night, but no one picked up, so I placed my order online. My husband went later to pick up our order and they took forever to make it. They were very busy, and there was people waiting for their food, but it seemed there was only one employee handling everything for a long period of time. My husband even heard the phone ringing, but the employee didn’t pick up as he was packing orders. Now I understand why no one answered my call.
While my husband was waiting for an eternity, a manager/supervisor with very long, curly hair showed up and was handling the food without wearing a hat or any net to cover his hair. I found this disgusting.
We usually go to the San Mateo location, but this time my husband was leaving from work, and this location is closer. I recommend you use the San Mateo location instead—the service there is much better, it feels more organized, they care about you, and all the employees follow health requirements really well.
The food was okay, but I couldn’t finish it at all because of that person not covering his long hair and touching our food. I don’t leave reviews at all, but this time I decided to do it. Not coming back to this location ever again.

Very disappointed. The potato salad potatoes were not cooked. Flavor was good though. The turkey bacon sandwich was pretty good other than bread was stale and not much bacon. Turkey was very flavorful. I have been to the location in Walnut Creek a few times and never disappointed eating there.

I pick up lunch here every week day. I don’t plan on stopping unless I stop working nearby. I had the same salad for a month straight now. It is the best place for a nutritious meal. The lunch time staff are the best. Thank you for a great experience!

Good place to get a bite. Nice to have a place open later in redwood shores. Enjoyed the banh mi sandwich as well as the cookies. Thai salad was a hit. This was during the grad opening so it was loud inside but expecting that to improve with time.

This is a ridiculously overpriced salad. It was supposed to have chicken. I think it was 1 gram. It’s mostly just mixed greens. A tiny bit of goat cheese and sliced apple. The dressing is made with canola oil not olive oil. Yuck! All for $17.

Adam the store manager and his staff is phenomenal. Solid menu with flavorful fresh ingredients in each selection. I’ve had the Super Bowl salad, the beets, and the humus. All delicious. My son snatched the chimichurri steak sando.

Everytime I place an order lately, i have to come back for corrections. And the food is not handled like it used to be. It seems like the standard of food quality and service is decreasing.
Ingredients i specifically requested for in my sandwich or salad are always missing or just not properly prepared. You can tell if your food was handled with care.
