I wanted to share feedback regarding my visit today during the new menu launch at Mendocino Farms. The restaurant was extremely busy, with high volume and some understandably frustrated guests as the team worked hard to keep up.
During this rush, Manager Olive provided exceptional hospitality and leadership. She personally checked in with me, offered a drink while I waited, and carefully verified that all of my order modifications were correct. Beyond that, she consistently supported her team—calling out orders, monitoring operations, and proactively engaging with guests who seemed upset to ensure they felt acknowledged and cared for.
Watching her remain calm, organized, and guest-focused in such a high-pressure situation truly stood out. This is a strong example of what great management looks like in action. I visit this location often, but seeing her lead the team so effectively today was genuinely impressive.
Please recognize her for the amazing job she is doing. She represents the brand exceptionally well and absolutely deserves recognition for her leadership and hospitality.

Olive, the manager, went above and beyond with my lunch order. I had a tough time ordering for myself and my colleagues. From start to finish, her customer service was outstanding. She was attentive, proactive, and made sure every detail was handled with care . Communication was clear and reassuring throughout the process, and everything went smoothly without any issues. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to providing a great experience truly stood out and made a big difference. Highly appreciated! And her team was fast and consistent. Absolutely amazing! You have to stop and try this place. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the customer service is outstanding.
I had a small issue with a previous order and called in — Malcolm answered and was so kind, understanding, and professional. He encouraged me to come in and speak with a manager, and when I did, I met Olive, who was just wonderful. She made sure my order was perfect and helped me get the sandwich I had been craving.
Both Malcolm and Olive went above and beyond to make my day better. This is hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced. Thank you, Mendocino Farms Valencia team!

Food is great and you can tell their ingredients are really fresh. Didn’t know what to try but the man at the register Andrew F. helped walks us through the menu! Talked with what I assume was the manager for a bit as well. Overall great vibe, good food and friendly staff.

First time trying Mendocino Farms. They are a new restaurant in Santa Clarita Valley. It is located in the Valencia Crossroads Mall. It is a great location with plenty of parking and plenty of inside and outside dining. The manager and staff are very friendly. Manny is the restaurants manager.

I ordered the Peruvian Steak sandwich and it was average at best. I’m not sure why is called Peruvian it doesn’t remind me of any Peruvian food I tried before, lots of bread little bit of meat. My wife enjoyed her Turkey Avo Salsa verde sandwich. I honestly wouldn’t come back to this place too many better options imo.

An gem in an otherwise bland part of the city. I came her on a recommendation of a fellow SC foodie and I’m glad I did. The crew is friendly and welcoming. Their portion are great. The price is nice I would actually say it’s underpriced for the great food you are getting. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are in Santa Clarita and just looking for a place to eat. As others says it gets very busy that’s the only downside I can think of
