I ordered twice off uber. The açaí bowl was plain not as advertised and bland. I ordered the next day and since they didn’t have the pineapple flavor on the app I tried calling several times to let them know before they made it. No one ever answers the phone there. I have ordered twice and it was a waste of money. I wasn’t going to leave a review if they would have just offered to fix it. I’ve now spent like 27 dollars…. What a waste.

Dark like a dungeon. Visited 3/31 in afternoon, floor was sticky and dirty, girl working register hid in the back the entire time. Zero customer service skills. Accidentally left her a tip due to credit card machine giving limited options. But honestly will never come back to this location. Would much rather go to Northfield for way better service. Urine or unspecified yellow liquid all over floor in restroom, no toilet paper, no paper towels. Just gross location. Yogurt was fine!

Great ice cream and lots of variety. The main area in the bathrooms are always clean. Just missed five stars because for kids there’s really nothing. There used to be a chalkboard they could draw a little on but not even that anymore. Still, I stop in there with my kids so they could put their own toppings on their ice cream and we all enjoyed.

I’ve been to several locations and I really like this one. It’s conveniently close to where I work which is a bonus. The woman who has been working almost every time I’ve been to this location is the sweetest. I’m not sure if she is the owner or just an employee but she is so kind and friendly and makes going to this location worth it. The store is always clean and well maintained.

The location is fairly small, and they were out of a LOT of their add ons when we visited, and the ones that were there seemed like they had been sitting there for a very long time. It was a fair price, compared to other places, but overall wasnt that great of an experience. It is all self serve until you pay. The outdoor seating wasnt great, and 7 of us had to use a small bench to make things work.

First time here today. Love. 3 large bowls with a bunch of toppings for 23 bucks. Love all the flavors. Love that they actually have the Tarte flavor! All tasted good. Everything was stocked and clean. Nice gal at checkout. I’d love to see more fresh fruit options for the tarte froyo! Our new froyo place!

Shady. Today 2/6/24 was national yogurt day so it was suppose to be buy one get one free. I wasn’t aware until after I had purchased 4 frozen yogurts. I saw the sign soon after and then proceeded to watch the cashier give at least 5 customers the buy one get one deal. If you’re going to honor the deal it should be for everyone. Needless to say we won’t be back. Do better.
