Wow! I am just amazed. I came here and was greeted wonderfully by a lovely little woman named Avery. I have never had a more positive Froyo experience. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left Avery made me feel like the most important costumer in the room! I can’t appreciate her more, honestly I came for Froyo but now I’m coming back and back again for this lovely Finger! PLEASE COME VISIT FINGER AND LEAVE A GOOD TIP.

It’s a small location, with a small selection
What they have is good.
Don’t like that they don’t offer the small cups, hoping that parents will not notice that their children have filled it up ouch !!!! Watched one dad take his kid for the first time and the sticker shock on his face when he saw his kid had $11. worth of stuff in his cup, you felt for him.
Still want just plain walnuts for me.

14 flavors, plenty of toppings for the family and vegan flavors. Cashier is awesome. Fruit bar has strawberries and bananas and blueberries and cherries. Best birthday cakes made to order with only 48 hr notice .This Fort Myers location inside market square across from Bell tower shops is open late Fri and Sat till 1030 pm.Gluten free flavors and all kosher frozen yogurt. 3 Vegan flavors and even no sugar added flavors as well for diabetics. Most of the time they have strawberry boba especially on the weekends and most recently brownies as well as Reese’s! The store is always clean and the gals at the front are trained to be super friendly and always welcome you with a smile and a welcome to menchies. Family atmosphere and the kids always look happy pouring their favorite mix. Our hats off to Menchies Fort Myers inside the Market square shopping center next to Starbucks for doing a phenomenal job !

This is probably the best menchies i’ve been to in along time. The new owners are amazing, super friendly and attentive. You can tell they really care about their business. Fresh fro yo, clean tables, if i could give more than 5 stars i would! I will be coming to this menchies every time.

I came in with my friend to this shop 10 minutes before closing and, unfortunately, had a less-than-pleasant experience. Despite arriving before closing time, an employee was constantly in the way, obstructing access to the yogurt machines. I understand the need to clean and close up, but the shop was still open, and other customers were coming in as well. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and rushed, detracting from what should have been a simple and enjoyable treat. A little more consideration for customers, even close to closing time, would go a long way in improving the experience.

The service was horrible , I coming at 9:45 pm , the lady in charge she did not event know that the machines were not working correctly , so she had to arrange all of them to be able to work , all after I complaint to her , and she was on her phone , it was more important, the counter was super dirty event with ants around, what can I say I meet the owner once when they open this location and it was nothing like it is now. What can I say I got upset but we’ll is the only menchies around.
