I’m extremely disappointed with this order. The food was very liquid and soggy, and the overall texture was unappetizing. The taste was poor, and some of the meat was hard and not edible at all. This was not even close to what I expected.
For the amount of money I spent, this is completely unfair. The food was not prepared properly and was essentially inedible. I will not be returning, and I am requesting a full refund for this order.

Not a very attractive restaurant, it used to be a much better restaurant. The quality was semi good not very authentic more Americanized Mexican food with cheap vegetables as you can taste how old they are even the onions and the food that we ordered was very specific and they intentionally messed the order up. So we do know that they have intent just to be rude even when they’re highly respected during the time of ordering as we ordered no chicken either only beef Asada. I’ve been to other Mexican restaurants that are amazing. This was the lower quality.

Don’t go to the Lakewood location! Ordered from here the sent burnt nachos that taste fresh from the garage and burnt carne adds fries. I support the Tacoma and Auburn locations but never again will I give the Lakewood location one dime. You’ve been warned

Should not even be a one star I got a the California burrito some fatty chucks was in it and made me not want to finish it. Never saw meat like this before. Ew. Last time eating from this place. Good luck.

Normally I LOVE Memo’s. This time however was do disappointing and disgusting we didn’t even finish our meals. I don’t know what happened but nothing was good. Even the hot sauce was way off. I could taste/smell a perfume like taste. Everything was off & not only I but my friend said the same thing. It was to late to go back & complain. Plus I’m not comfortable doing that, thinking they will do something worse to my food. (It does happen.) Anyhow. You live & learn. It’s unfortunate cause now I will avoid certain Memo’s.

I ordered 2 carne asada burritos and a side of fries. The burritos had more onion/tomato than actual meat. I did not order an onion burrito I ordered a beef burrito. This place has the worst burritos, they used to be better than other places but definitely not anymore. The fries were soggy and not even seasoned. Felt like I was eating boiled thin strips of fries but greasy. Never coming here ever again and I don’t recommend it to anyone unless you like veggie burritos.

Unless it’s the middle of the night when nothing else is open but fast food then I’d skip it and find something else. However if it is the middle of the night and your looking for food then it is a better option vs jack in the box or McDonalds.
It’s a toss up sometimes it’s good other times it’s disgusting so you decide if you want to take the gamble. It is always better than chain fast food tho.

Went today at around 2:40 AM ordered a menudo and a burrito for me and my wife. I came home just to find out there was just the menudo juice, no meat or anything just stew (nomas tenia caldo) The burrito was soggy and the meat tasted funny.

The food lacks flavor. I gave it 3 tries and every time was disappointed. Even the horchata was bland….. very soggy burrito though it was just wrapped. Cleanliness looked to be needing some attention the last visit. Unfortunately I will not go back and choose better Mexican options in the area with better sanitary practices as well.
