The bread is so fluffy and fresh! I’m not Mexican, but the bread transported me back to my country. The customer service was excellent! I asked if they had milk for coffee, and the young lady very kindly gave me some. Since then, I’ve returned to the bakery a couple of times. Love it!

I haven’t had bread this tasty since I visited Mexico. Traditional pan dulce! It might seem like they carry the same type of bread but that’s because it’s traditional. The people working there are so kind and friendly. Will def come back when visiting.

Just being outside you can smell the fresh baked goods Once inside you can see all varieties of pan dulces and cakes. Smells great and they taste great I have already tried others in the past and they haven’t disappointed. Clean and well taken care of. Only a few places that sell delicious pan dulce and Memo’s are the best I’ve tried! I highly recommend coming here! I’ll be back

I have been going to Memo’s for at least 5 years and it has gone seriously down hill. I have ordered cakes for special occasions several times throughout the year and they no longer are professional enough to fulfill an order. They pretend you can place a custom order—pick cake flavor and fillings, like fresh fruit vs marmalade and dulce de leche—then they change items without asking or notification. I tried to get my son’s favorite cake and they made substitutions and exclusions. They went through the motions of apologizing and saying they would make it right the second time. They didn’t though. They left out a key filling. I couldn’t help but think it was not only unprofessional but cheap. They shouldn’t pretend to do custom orders if they will only do what they feel like doing.

This is my favorite Mexican bakery! However, I’d love to see a wider variety of bread, as it can get a bit repetitive when I buy the same ones every week. That said, this is my only suggestion for improvement.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. While they do have a decent selection of bread, more options would be fantastic. The bread is delicious, and they also offer some hot drinks to enjoy alongside it.
The prices are very reasonable for what you get, and they even offer a discount for cash payments. I often forget to bring cash, but if you do, you’ll save a bit. Overall, I 100% recommend this place to anyone craving Mexican bread!

This has got to be the best place in Orem to get quality baked goods! I had a great experience here today. As I walked in it smelled heavenly and I was impressed with the large selection of desserts! I was also impressed that for the quality of the items they seem to have been priced fairly! Thank you Memo!

My husband went to go buy a Rosca de Reyes tonight and it was amazing. So soft and you could tell it was fresh. Definitely going here every year for it now. We are excited to go back all the way from Saratoga springs and try some bread since this was the first time we ever tried anything from there. My husband did mention that the place was small, bakery didn’t have much selection of their regular pan dulce which it was a Thursday and almost closing so to be expected but he did mention the cashier wasn’t the friendliest. I think it sucks when people aren’t happy where they work and bring down an establishment when they have good stuff. We’re not letting it stop us from going back but hopefully next time we go we get some friendly faces and they were just having a bad day.
