Memaw’s has some great southern style cooking. I loved the ribs and my wife really liked the fried catfish. The sides were also really good. Fried okra and onion rings were spot on, crispy and not greasy. I’ll be going there again next time I’m in the area.

It has been a few years since I have been and glad we came back! Flavors were amazing and all the food was great! Carole helped us and she was great!! Pulled pork was awesome! The sausage link was great as well! So great to see these restaurants open and doing business so we don’t have all chain restaurants! Everything and everyone was great!

Stopped here our first night in Florida for dinner. Really wanted to love the food with the name and all. Honestly, it seems that most of it was cooked prior and reheated. The beef was cut too thin and very cold, with no seasoning or any flavor of beef, really. Ribs were flavored but dry with the silverskin intact. The restaurant is nice and our server was sweet and great, the food really missed the mark. Discussed this place with a few other locals, and they said the same.
Maybe the focus should be only on cooking a few meats and making that priority and most of all fresh. We will not be back.

Sliced Pork is cut thin and is excellent. Sliced beef as well had side salad, potatoe salad and coleslaw. All you can eat sliced pork on Monday nights!!

Tried this place for the first time and first thing I discovered is that they don’t offer baby back ribs which was disappointing, so I tried the pulled pork dinner. I would say the pork was the better part of everything that came with it. The bread and corn was on the weak side, but the meat was pretty decent. I have to be honest for me personally nothing really amazed me for the first visit, not what I’m used to. But it wasn’t terrible by any means but not great either.

Food was delicious, great varied menu, good $ value
Emily & Megan (as well as the chefs, the ladies in the back who’s names I didn’t get) were SO lovely – polite friendly and full of southern charm
I WILL BE BACK AS OFTEN AS I CAN

We got the feast for two and it was delicious and plenty of food. Everything was cooked perfect. I suggest the smoke turkey, sliced pork and sliced beef. Our server Michelle was amazing.

Ok value for food per dollar. Lunch order includes 3 sides but food quality was mid.
The Texas toast was dry and cardboard like. The hush puppies had some mild flavor but they were crispy. Coleslaw had a little tang.
The ribs were the real upsetting part. They were tough and overcooked as you can see In The photos. You had to really tear the little bit of meat off the bone and drown it in BBQ sauce
The menu is also really convoluted. Theres sandwich sides and premium sides and two other categories of sides. Like it doesn’t need to be that complicated.
The waitress had zero patience to explain either. She was pretty flippant.
My grandfather wanted to go to Sonny’s and I vetoed that for Memaws since I try to avoid chains.
I think that was a mistake.

Overall good food and flavors. Garlic bread and corn nuggets were great.
It seemed like the sliced pork was in the fridge and still slightly cold but I did love the flavors. I did not like the Cole slaw it had an interesting aftertaste, I would not recommend it. Everything else is worth going back for.
