I love the caprese sandwich and their loaded tots. We had a very complicated order and they got it correct and we’re very patient. They brought out or food and we’re very nice. The restraunt is a little bit cafeteria could be a bit nicer but it’s accessible has vegetarian options and I love the everything they offer

OMG this is legit my fav place to eat right now. My family loves the caprese sandwich, but I am partial to the jalapeno popper sandwich. It is TO DIE FOR. Like, I have been back twice because I’ve been craving it! I’ve had takeout and I’ve dined in. Dining in is preferable, just because grilled cheeses are best fresh, but they were still good takeout too.

Gluten free bread always available. They clean equipment to minimize cross contamination. All the sandwiches I’ve tried so far are delicious. This place is always clean. Today I had the Cuban. It did not disappoint.

Such a pleasant surprise! I was craving a cheesy toast and Melty totally delivered. I got the French Dip Toast, and it was perfect comfort food for a rainy day. The potato tots on the side were pretty good too! Good flavor, prices, and just an all-around chill spot. Definitely coming back.

This was a pleasant surprise find for lunch today. We were going to the Greek place next door but when we saw Melty, we thought we would try it. Wow! The sandwiches were cheesy and hot and melty. The soup tasted like something I would make homemade. Very delightful. Establishment is clean and employee’s are kind and helpful. The general manager checked on us and was wonderful as well!

I just had to come back and change my review to 1 star because in my last review I complained about the customer service and how the employee got kind of aggressive when I had brought in a drink.
Looking through the comments I’ve found a few other people with the EXACT same experience.
In my last review they offered to make it right by sending me a link to a form where I HAD to sign up for marketing emails to submit it. And I have heard nothing back.
Seems like the service is really hit or miss here and when it goes wrong they just blame the customer and don’t do anything. If they wanted to make it right they would.

We love a good grilled cheese, so when I found this place, we had to check it out. I am happy to say it hit the spot perfectly. The food was delicious (the best tater tots I’ve had!) and the service was impeccable. In fact, the person helping us was exceptional. He was on top of everything and knew what good customer service meant. Even if the food wasn’t great I might just go back to support him (I am assuming its his business). Hands down will come back many times in the future. Oh and the prices were great, especially compared to how expensive everything is these days.

Arthur was AMAZING! The second we walked in he was training/fixing stuff and took a break from his stuff to come help immediately. Didn’t ask for a minute or anything. As soon as I told him that I did an online order he went and grabbed it. He made sure we were very aware of fries and sauce is not guarantee gluten free. It was good information because my husband is very allergic to gluten so we went at it cautiously. My husband thinks it wasn’t gluten that made him have an allergic reaction he thinks/almost certain that it was the dairy. The burger was “amazing and I want 2 more” according to my husband the gluten free was good. He also said “I haven’t had a place where their burgers AND fries are good.” and also “it should be illegal to have good fries and burgers. For the grilled 4 cheese sandwich was amazing. I did put avocado on it and in my opinion it ruined the sandwich. The fries were super good. Arthur was also super understanding that I wanted a milkshake with the order so he didn’t get annoyed like most other places. Anyway 10/10 experience loved talking with Arthur. Will be going back. Keep up the good work, Arthur and everyone else there.

I love Melty! I have never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and quick. The staff is great. Arthur is usually there when I go in, and he works his butt off in the kitchen while also keeping the lobby/tables clean in between. He totally deserves a shout-out. Thanks Arthur! (And team)
There wasn’t time to post a picture of my sandwich, as I was too hungry and eager to get it in my belly. Highly recommend the BBQ pulled pork. 🙂
