Great service, great atmosphere. The staff was very patient and explained their menu well and quickly. We ordered 1. a caprese sandwich with a side of tomato basil soup and 2. French dip with au ju sauce and a side of broccoli cheddar soup. Both absolutely amazing. Freshly prepared. Then for dessert we shared a bananas foster melt which is life changing. So delicious!

I’ve been here twice and both times the food was amazing! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. First time here, I got the caprese melt, and cheese curds. Today I got the jalapeño melt, loaded fries, and Oreo milk shake. I highly recommend this place!

Catherine (our cashier) was very kind and made sure to recommend us some great sandwich options! We got the BBQ Brisket and the turkey avocado melt. Both delicious! We always stop here whenever we pass through the area.

They have some delicious sandwiches. I love that you can add or subtract items based on your preference. They have lots of different sides. I love the tots. I usually go for lunch during the week and the ladies that work there are really on the ball. Super nice while also being great at their jobs.

Something so simple tastes so amazing
And I’m not sure how long they will have there milkshakes for but

This was our first visit to Melty at the Pinnacle in Bristol. We were happy with our food and the service. I got the bbq pork melt and my husband got the patty melt. They were out of fries, so we both got loaded tots, which were also good. Will go back again.
Update: went back again. Got to try the cheese fries and they were so good. I got a Cuban sandwich and my husband got the brisket sandwich. Both very good, as expected.

Finally got to try Melty. I love this type of food so I’ve been looking forward to it. Had to wait of course but it wasn’t bad. Menu has lots of choices so everyone can find something they like. Food quality is very good. Everyone liked what they got and we we all full when we left. Prices are high. Be prepared when you get there. I heard lots of grumbling in the dining area about the cost. Our bill was $55 (including tip) for three meals and only two were combo’s. Restaurant was clean and trendy and the staff were super friendly. I enjoyed the Patty Melt and the onion were the kind I love. Please give me a reaction if you read this. Thanks!

Upon arriving in the restaurant, we were greeted twice, and someone stood at the register until we placed our order. We came in around 630. Immediately after placing the order, a large school group came in and started placing orders. I waited for about 15 minutes and the students started receiving their orders. I asked where my order was and the manager explained they had messed up part of my order and had to remake it. Due to my irritation I just grabbed my food and sat down with the family. Before leaving the manager came to the table apologizing for the inconvenience, explained they were short staffed for the day and actually refunded the order. Overall, I would recommend the restaurant and will likely return.
