Staff and food were amazing at the Melting Pot. We had a large group and everyone enjoyed their experience. The food was fresh, directions were given explicitly, staff was attentive, and we were given plenty of time to each and socialize. Definitely will be going back.

We had a great experience! Lin was our waitress and she was phenomenal! So kind & a great server. We did the 4 course for 2 dinner. My husband ordered a modern old fashioned and did not like it and ordered a different drink. They discounted the old fashion from our bill which was not necessary but appreciated. Would definitely recommend checking it out if you haven’t before!

Our waitress was the best! The food amazing. Just know if you do the 4 course meal you will be there a couple hours!! But it’s so worth it. Any meat you can’t finish just cook it and take it to go!

My husband and I came in for lunch today to enjoy some time together before our twins were born. Upon arriving we were seated quickly but then sat there for over 20 mins without even being acknowledged. I had to go get someone to serve us after being walked past 10 times. Then when our waitress did come to take our order she was extremely rude. Mind you it was not busy in there whatsoever. I tried getting the attention of the manager as well and was ignored by her too. We have eaten here MANY times and have never had a service issue but this was horrible. We were also surrounded by dirty tables the entire time we were there. Very disappointed.

I’ve always enjoyed dining at the melting pot; ever since I was a child. My dad used to take us as a family for a treat every once in a while after being taken here for a work function. However, the two best experiences are my two most recent. Almost two years ago, my new boyfriend took me here on our first date when the other restaurant we were going to go to (because they’re far less pricy, haha) stopped serving early. I insisted he didn’t have to take me here but he insisted he wanted to. We had so much fun & of course, the food was great. Our server, Luke, topped the experience off! Just a couple of weeks ago, we came back with his aunt & uncle, telling them that last time, we had such a great server. To our surprise, Luke showed up at our table. Without thinking, I was really excited & immediately said “hey, we’re married now!” not realizing he probably didn’t remember two random customers from two years ago…but he was nice & said he did. He was so kind again, taking their daughter’s stickers she offered (she’s 1, haha) & serving us in a timely manner. I will always recommend this waiter & request him in the future!

Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing, our waiter Carlos was the best someone could’ve asked for, super friendly, loved his attitude. Over all great place, eat at your own pace and cook your own food to your liking. Very much recommended. Quality of the food was fantastic, everything tasted fresh, seasoned great for cooking on your own

Food was good, but the experience was not worth the price. Service was slow and inconsistent. Our server disappeared for long stretches, forgot our cocktails until we asked about them after the first course, and did a mediocre job explaining the process to my boyfriend, who had never been there before. We were seated next to the kitchen with constant banging and noise. Our third course took an excessive amount of time as we were told the kitchen was behind. I also noticed the table next to us waited 10–15 minutes without being greeted. Overall, the service and atmosphere did not justify the cost.
