We had a very nice meal, the food was great and the experience was really enjoyable. The servers were very nice and engaging, doing a great job explaining the process to us. The only downside is the server forgot to turn on the heat a couple times then it took forever for the serving dish to get to temperature. Overall though a really fun experience and I’d definitely come again.

I thought long and hard about leaving this review, but I’m afraid of 3/5 is exactly what it deserves. The restaurant should rename itself the Mid Pot, because “mid” perfectly encapsulates this establishment.
From the moment we came in there, it was weird. They told us it was an hour and a half wait, meanwhile the restraurant was half empty. We went on the website and found reservations for four just 15 minutes later so booked that and we were promptly seated by embarrassed looking front of house staff… Ok… But that’s the beginning.
We were seated haphazardly out of Booth right beside the door, so the cold breeze was always blowing anytime the door would open. Again, quite strange. The stove top was partly broken and chipped on the side and took a very long time to heat. The overall ambience was dark and gloomy and somewhat dirty feeling.
The whole time I spent trying to figure out why exactly this restaurant had five stars because this was far from our five Star experience. Even the food was mid. Chocolate fondue was decent, however, and some of the cheese options even though the bread tasted dry and stale.
At 60+ dollars per person excluding drinks, this was basically highway robbery. The server, unfortunately, could barely understand what we were saying (I suspect language barrier?), I had no idea about the specials, and we even have to prompt them that it was restaurant week and that we understand that there are certain exclusive items this week. They also forgot our salads while we are halfway done the entree and acted like it was just a kitchen taking more time – on a salad? Ok sure. Just clueless incompetence all the way around.
Save your money and find another establishment – thank me later. Definitely can’t, in good conscious, recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I loved our “thursdate” experience last night. Our server Jovana was amazing, helpful and super attentive of my food allergies. The food as always was phenomenal and midway through our meal the manager Alex stopped by to talk with us and check in. I am always so happy to come to Melting Pot because the experience is always worth the price. And the staff are always lovely.

Sarah was our server and she was amazing! She was very attentive and helpful with choosing our options as well as explaining how the experience goes. I’ve been here before a long time ago so this was a really good experience coming back! The food was delicious and such a fun time to cook your own food with family. Although, it’s on the pricey side, it definitely is such a cool place

I went to the Melting Pot this evening with my friends to celebrate my birthday. It was an amazing experience and I recommend checking it off your bucket list. We had a large party (10 people) and apparently the reservation process was easy. Most of the group arrived on time and we were seated immediately. We were all able to choose what we wanted. Our table had 3 heating units so we were able to choose 3 cheeses, 3 cooking flavors/tops, and 3 chocolates. There was an assortment of dipping sauces.
The atmosphere was amazing. Despite being near others, it felt private. The wait staff was attentive. The food arrived fairly quickly.

We had Sam W. for our waiter and he was so great! Very attentive but also nice, fun, and helpful! Highly recommend melting pot always, but this location and especially Sam were fantastic!

I have been here a couple times now, it’s always been good. I went twice with my family of four and it was very good food, good service all around and just a great time in general. It is on the expensive side but there is a lot of customization within your meal options for the different courses. They also happily accommodate for any sort of disliking and or dietary restrictions within the food options. Most notably, I came here recently for an early Valentine’s Day date and it was the best experience I could have imagined. Rose petals set out on the table. Our waitress was amazing and accommodated everything we needed and wanted. She even wrote “Happy Valentine’s Day” in chocolate for us without me even requesting it! Like I said pretty expensive, but well worth it. If you have the money and you want to take your date somewhere fancy but also still want good food. I recommend this place forever and always.
