Nina was super amazing! I really recommend her as your server! The food was great and the staff was super friendly and willing to walk slower since my partner had a minor injury that slowed him down walking. We went for the Valentine’s Special so a reservation was a must!

This was my first time at The Melting Pot and it was such a wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I came in for our anniversary/early Valentine’s day and the moment we walked in Trinity greeted us and was so friendly and welcoming. We had indicated when we booked that we were celebrating our anniversary and she and the manager I believe (I didn’t catch his name) wished us a happy anniversary and thanked us for choosing to celebrate with them. They also let us know there would be a short wait which was totally fine. We sat at a table for a few minutes and they let us know our table was ready and brought us back. They gave us a card signed by everyone which was so sweet and such a lovely touch. Our server Sierra came to the table and was immediately very friendly and welcoming as well. She asked if we have been there before and I said it was my first time. She took a few minutes to go over how everything worked and the menu as well. Her tableside service was fantastic and it was so fun watching her create the cheese fondue and everything was delicious. We did the French onion gruyere, salads, big night out entree with added lobster and bananas foster for dessert. When the dessert came out the plates said happy anniversary and date night which again was such a lovely touch. Everything was fresh and so delicious. The qr code to have the timers for everything was awesome and such a fun experience. The portions were well worth the money as well as our experience. At the end as we were leaving we wanted to get the names of the people who took care of us and Casey helped us figure out their names so thank you so much! You all made our night incredibly special and we appreciate it so much!

“Absolutely incredible,” is what I would say to describe the romantic night me and my significant other had here.
Zoey, the absolute sweetest, chillest, professional, and most caring waitress I’ve met made sure of that.
When making a reservation online, we chose the romantic flower option to spice up our table when we arrive and you can tell by the photos that it was indeed special.
We chose the “Perfect Night Out package for Two” and started off the night with a scrumptious Wisconsin Cheddar fondue with soft artisan bread to dip with. DAMN. It was very nutty and cheesy and went well with the softest, but firm bread.
Zoey, like the back of her hand, guided us through the enitre process while her cool demeanor kept the tone light like she knew us from the beginning.
She next offered us our champagne bottle that came with dinner package and we sipped on its nice flavor while me and my ladyfriend chatted.
Next came the salad which was a nice pallete cleanser for the entrées course.
Then for the entrées we chose to cook them with the Court Bouillon, a savory seasoned vegetable broth with fresh veggies, that we thought went well with our Herb Chicken Breast, Garlic Pepper Steak (our favorite one of the night. It was so delectable), Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Petite Filet…
I can go on, but just know it was the fanciest stuff I’ve ever had in my life.
Woof, last but not least, the CHOCOLATE FONDUE. AHHHH
Imagine a large pot of melted choclate sitting in front of you with a vast array of soft desserts to dip with, surronded by rose petals, champagne, and the love of your life.

We haven’t been to the melting pot in a while and I can say this experience was amazing. Nina was our server and honestly provided the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. She was attentive, funny, but still provided us that space to enjoy our meal. She even went out of her way to send us the digital copy of our photo. The food was amazing, and they even wrote “happy birthday” on a plate with chocolate which was so sweet. Made for one of the best birthday dinners I’ve had in a while! 100% recommend.

My husband and I went to the melting pot for our 7 year anniversary and we had the best time! When we got to our table there were beautiful roses and a “Happy Anniversary” card signed by the servers. Nina was a wonderful server, she definitely made sure we were taken care of and had us laughing the whole time! We will definitely be looking for her next time!

The melting pot was amazing! Not only was the food fantastic, but our waitress Nina was incredible. First, the staff were so kind and took us after we had missed our original reservation. They made us feel very taken care of during our whole meal by checking up on us frequently, chatting with us, and showed such professionalism. Nina was so funny, charismatic, and just a joy to talk with. My mom and I will definitely be coming back to the melting pot and hope to have Nina as our waitress again!

This was our first time here and it was our anniversary. Our server, Mary did a wonderful job preparing and helping us with our dinner. Would definitely recommend The Melting Pot. The food was great! If you haven’t been here yet, you need to come. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.
