We had a group of 5 and did the full 4 course meal. It was a really fun experience and the food was wonderful as well. I myself am not much of a cheese person, however you are given a good variety of charcuterie options to dip, and, from what I’m told, the cheeses were delicious as well. There salad was a pretty standard Caesar salad, not the highlight, but definitely very good. I got The Classic Entree and it contained a variety of steak, chicken, pork, and shrimp. We got both the grill and the Coq Au Vin cooking styles, though for the majority of my proteins I preferred the grill. The entree was very good, with my favorite protein being the Terryaki steak. The entrees also come with potatoes and carrots to cook as you please. Then, dessert. Absolutely amazing. We got a pot of milk and dark chocolate and they came with a variety of sweet treats and fruits to dip in them and it was simply delicious. I especially liked the fruits and pound cake dipped in the dark chocolate. We had excellent service throughout the meal and overall it was an incredible experience that I would certainly recommend.

We were here just after Christmas and it was such a fun experience. We walked in and waited maybe 1 min and they took us back to our table. We did have a reservation though and I believe it is required. The bread and cheese fondue was so good. We then had a lot of fun “cooking” our main entree. Steak chicken pork and seafood – all seasoned perfect. You also get a variety of dips and sauces that are fun to try. Everyone had their favorite. You then finish off with the chocolate fondue! This was a lot of food, so come hungry! We would definitely go back again for the fun experience and excellent food. The price was more than we would normally spend, but overall we thought it was well worth it.

We enjoyed Valentine’s Day at the melting pot this year. Food was delicious, service was great and tummies were left full.
This was our second ever melting pot experience and it did not disappoint. My only complaint was not knowing the limited Valentine’s Day menu along with the included gratuity. Meal cost $50 more than I had budget for. I would have like to have seen that better communicated.
But the food was still delicious and we will be back again.

Made a reservation for our 19th anniversary dinner tonight. Got there and found out they lost their liquor license. Celebrating requires the option to have a drink if we chose so we left. We were excited about our evening out and this put a wrench in it unfortunately. We ended up going to STIR and had a great dinner.

My boyfriend and I had Matthew as our server. He was super friendly and my boyfriend liked his attitude. He was very knowledgeable about the food and menu, and made this first time experience very comfortable for the both of us. We will definitely be dinning here again and requesting Matthew.

Sean K was an amazing server. very polite, knowledgeable, and nice conversation. My husband has a “fleek” (ADHD Trauma tick) and when he would do this Sean didn’t miss a beat or stare! Most people do. My husband loved his 1st experience. We both felt at ease and comfortable with Sean! This guy should be in a management position! Thank you again Sean (like Sean Connery )for your kindness. It did not go unnoticed!

Our server Kashawn was awesome. It was our first time eating here and my son’s 16th birthday and Kashawn made sure everything was perfect for us and was easy to talk with about options.
My husband has a new allergy to any mammal meat and we aren’t used to requesting the accommodations needed yet. Embarrassingly, we realized after being seated he would need a separate cooking bowl. Our server spoke with who I assume was the manager on duty and they had no problems accommodating and moving our table. It was really awkward to ask, but we were met with kindness and understanding from everyone.
Great 1st experience, will definitely return for future celebrations!

This was my girlfriend’s idea; she wanted to do something neither of us had done. We had an amazing time. Our waiter, Sean K, explained everything to us, gave fantastic recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. When we go back we will definitely be asking for him! The atmosphere felt upscale and fancy without being snobby about it like a lot of places. The food was great and really fun as well! Overall this is a great place for a date and to try new experiences!

I made reservations at The Melting Pot for my daughter’s birthday for a party of 10. When we arrived, we were informed they had lost their liquor license due to new ownership, so no one could order wine. This was extremely disappointing, as enjoying wine with fondue was part of the experience we were looking forward to. We should have been notified ahead of time.
After being seated, we waited 30 minutes before anyone came to our table. For a group of 10, we were given only two pots. We asked to be moved to a table with more pots, and the waiter said he would check, but didn’t return for another 30 minutes. The restaurant was nearly empty. We were the only table there, which made the delays even more frustrating.
A few guests ordered beers, which were brought out in the bottles without even offering glasses. Some ordered Blue Moon and they didn’t bother serving them with an orange which is how they should be served. Just the bottle and nothing else. It felt careless and incomplete.
We ended up paying close to $900 for a meal that several of us didn’t even want under those circumstances. On top of that, the waiter automatically added a 20% gratuity to all of our checks. I typically tip at least 20%, but this level of service absolutely did not warrant it. This establishment was not deserving of that gratuity.
I raised these concerns with our other waiter, but there was no apology or offer to make it right. My husband, brother and son also mentioned that the men’s restroom smelled strongly of ammonia due to a non-working toilet which nearly made them throw up. While I was using the women’s restroom, a male staff member entered asking if anyone was inside, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was far beyond poor service, especially for a special occasion. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

The food was great as always! however this would be maybe my 10th time dining here and the first time our server has been absolutely terrible (stacy). i would never be one to throw a servers name out in hopes of getting them in trouble. this experience was a major exception to the normal service we experienced in the past.
we sat and waited for each course for at least 20 minutes after finishing. she was nowhere to be found during this time. the wine in our cheese didn’t even have a moment to cook out, as it still tasted like straight white wine. between courses she walked past our table and asked if we needed anything and before we could reply she was already gone. it wasn’t exceptionally busy so we were very disappointed. she failed to regard my allergies and continued to bring them out, didn’t even bother to replace the tray so the rest wasn’t contaminated. she also didn’t even bother to finish the s’mores chocolate with the fun lighting and graham crackers, just threw it on the eye and left. we also went with one drink refill throughout our whole 2-3 hour experience. overall so disappointed.
