We had a reservation and were seated on time. Our Server Nick was an absolute Joy. He loves what he does and cares about his customers. His friendly and knowledgeable personality was refreshing. The food was amazing!!!! We loved everything! The entire experience was 5star! Thank you Melting pot and especially Nick!!!!

Chris and the other manager and our waitress Millie gave me and my wife the best service imaginable. If I could score them higher I would , not only did they provide the best service but a special surprise from them to celebrate me and my wife’s engagement. This goes volumes above class and professionalism, this shows me where I’ll go to for any anniversary birthday or random occasion. This experience we had was phenomenal, no other restaurant has ever surprised and captivated me like this one. All of the props go to the staff at this wonderful establishment. They added on to our unforgettable evening! I recommend everyone here gets the highest respect and rewards if any! This was fantastic I cannot stress that enough!

The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and calming.
The server explained everything well and as she brought out new items she continued to share helpful tips and thoughts with the table.

Went here with a couple friends for dinner and it turned out to be a pretty relaxed experience. The place has a cozy feel, not too loud, and it’s easy to actually talk while eating. The cheese fondue was warm and smooth, with a good mix of flavors, and the bread and veggies were fresh enough. Portions felt fair for the price, though it’s not exactly a quick meal, since fondue takes time. Staff was polite and checked in without hovering too much. Overall, it’s a nice spot if you want something a little different and don’t mind taking your time. I’d consider going back for a special occasion.

My husband and I decided to try The Melting Pot for date night and the staff really made it special. We don’t get to eat out very often but we like trying new experiences. The waiter Jacob was very attentive and helped us navigate the menu and offered great suggestions. He set us up for success!! The manager Chris was also very nice and really took time at each table to see how our experience was going. I foresee this location becoming a favorite for us and we will be looking forward to our next visit ♥️.

Nick was absolutely AMAZING! His service and explanations of the menu and foods were spot on! The food was absolutely incredible- every course!!! Nothing was left undone, no glass empty no plate not removed!! The staff within the restaurant were all so pleasant from entry with the greeter to exit with the manager Chris! A perfect birthday spot plus engagement moment for my daughter too!! If you havent had this food- youre missing OUT! 10/10 for everything!

We came here for dinner for a date night and it was so much fun and the food was so good! It is a great time and great experience. We tried so many different things here. My wife loved it! The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff was exceptional and we received too not service. We will definitely be back. This is a great time if you have never been. Great value for what you get. So the food was good and our server was good but I felt like the atmosphere needed a bit of work. We went for our anniversary on a Thursday evening, and even though they advertise the date night thing with flower petals and candles. They didn’t have that at the table. The menu was a bit grimy, and the restaurant atmosphere just kinda felt eh.
