BOB IS THE BEST!!!
My friend and i had such an amazing time at the melting pot this evening. Our server Bob was amazing!! He was always making sure we had everything we needed and then some, he was funny and very helpful! Definitely will be asking for him when i return!
We got the Bacon and Brie cheese fondue, the caesar salad (i love mine with extra pine nuts), the Mojo for our entree, and finished with the Banana Foster fondue! Everything was perfect!

The service was superb. The hostess was very friendly and polite. Phil was best waiter I have had, was a pleasure being served by Phil.
The food was great. I had so much fun for my bday. The surprise card waiting at our table was exciting.
It is amazing when the owners (of any establishment) are available and are seen helping their staff. One of owners came over to check on us. Very nice young guy.

Heather, our server, was wonderful! She made my boyfriend and I’s first experience at the Melting Pot amazing! The food was delicious, she brought everything out in a timely manner and made sure to explain everything super throughly! She even helped us pick a cheese fondue that we loved! This experience overall was amazing and she added to it. She was so personable and sweet! Definitely will be coming back thanks Heather!

Emily was a delight as a server. I hope I get her next time! The food portions should be much larger to accommodate appetites especially for the cost per person. The quality was outstanding though. The environment was noisy though not distracting. Seating feels cramped in likely to accommodate more patrons rather than provided a relaxed dining experience.

We were greeted by the hostess, who was very sweet and escorted us to our table promptly. Bob was our server and he was great. He was friendly and made some good recommendations. The food was also fresh and the alcoholic beverages were tasty- the whisky business was my favorite. Overall, a fun experience to celebrate a birthday. They even gave me a card signed by all of the employees!

It was our first time coming here and is definitely my new favorite place for special occasions. We went for my birthday and it was SO SO amazing. Our server Brooke was super sweet, timed everything so incredibly with bringing out each course, she explained everything and made us feel so comfortable with using everything and being so hands on. She even decorated our dessert plates and personalized the designs with a monkey and dinosaur which she picked up from making conversation with us while prepping courses!! The set up of the restaurant is super cool, the seating feels like you really are in your own little space which I thought was so so cool because I usually feel so crowded in restaurants. And you can change the lighting at your table. And the food was also SO delicious. I feel like there are so many more positive things I could say, but this review would be so long. It was just a super incredible experience and we can’t wait to go back!!

We had such a great time at The Melting Pot for their Valentine’s Day Special. The food was delicious, the vibe was cozy, and the whole experience felt fun without being rushed. Everything came out perfectly, and we really enjoyed taking our time and just hanging out.
Our waitress, Emily, was amazing and honestly made the night even better. She was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed at each course served. She went above and beyond and truly made us feel so welcome. Emily also did a great job explaining everything and making great recommendations. You can tell she really cares about giving great service.
Overall, it was an awesome experience and we’ll definitely be back—especially if we can get Emily again!

My husband and I had date night at the Melting Pot for the first time. It was absolutely amazing, our waiter Bob made the experience even better. So pleasant and made us laugh.
