What a cute stop along 30a. Who doesn’t like a gooey gelled cheese! We stepped out of our box dnd got the Brie and fig -split it with chips and it was enough. If your hungry a full sandwich is good! The Brie was so smooth and lots of fig spread made it savory/sweet!

Had the caperse grilled cheese (Wow that rhymes I just realized) and oh my goodness! The balsamic vinegar with the tomato soup AND the tomato soup was incredible! Also, the food comparing to the other food trucks are a bit cheaper which is great for someone who doesn’t want to spend much money here. Anyway, definitely very close to being the best grilled cheese place I ever been to! Try this place!

The Meltdown on 30A is a great quality grilled cheese airstream!! The cheese is melty and the Texas toast is crunchy. I totally recommend going their for a nice lunch! Seaside 30A is literaly PARADISE!!!!

Cute little Airstream in Seaside where we got a All American grilled cheese. One of the last shops to close down, the service was fine, and the grilled cheese was phenomenal. It took a while to be prepared, but after taking the first bite, I could tell why… They cook that grilled cheese low and slow, getting the exterior of the bread nice and crispy while leaving the inside light and fluffy. The cheese steamed up all gooey. My only regret is not getting a picture of the cheese pull.

Meltdown is a tasty spot in one of the Airstream food trailers along 30A in picture-perfect Seaside, FL. The atmosphere is top notch. Nothing beats looking out over the ocean as you chow down on a comforting grilled cheese.
You order at the window and then await the gooey, melty goodness. I got the Five Cheese and it did not disappoint. Crunchy grilled bread and five kinds of cheese making a statement.

There is a great variety with this grilled cheese sandwich truck! I had the “this little figgy” (Brie, bacon, and sweet fig compote – pictured below) and my husband had the caprese with prosciutto. I liked mine but probably would try something different next time. My husband loved his. They were about $10 each, which for 30a food trucks…is not that bad. The cashier was SO friendly!
