Pretty phenomenal for a shack. I got a veggie melt. I appreciate the main options available to customize this sando. And, let me tell you, those veggies are not an afterthought – they are fresh, flavorful and ready for the spotlight. The onion rings are really good, too. But the bread is the true x factor. It is brioche, but not too thick. The crispness they get on the bread lends such a good contrast to the juicy veg. I do recommend picking up yourself to enjoy the proper texture.

Ordered food 1hr 35 mins ago still waiting to be prepared. My DoorDasher has been waiting there for over 45 mins now. This is insane for 1 patty melt and 1 small fries.
Update: finally got my food. I only live a few blocks away, so I watched the Uber Driver drive directly from the restaurant to my place. The fries are cold. The melt sandwich is also cold. I saw other reviews claiming that their food was called and the owners Replied blaming the drivers, but in this instance, I watched them drive less than four minutes to my place, and everything was cold and not even melted
I’ve had this restaurant before and really liked them, but tonight was a horrible experience and easily could have been avoided

We went to Salt Lake City on the 26th of December 2025 ordered $165.00 worth of food at about 12.30 am didnt receive any of it till well after 2am was not even what we ordered at all, and was also ice cold. We refused the order and never got refunded for anything. Definitely will never ever again. Completely ripped the whole family off.

There’s not much to say. Although i chose to pick-up my and my wife’s food, we just kept saying to each other “ it’s door dash food” and we don’t even ever use any delivery services for food and groceries. I think that’s just the impression we were left with, the quality of the item versus the experience with it we were left pondering over as we ate it was just that, feeling like we made a terrible decision to give a new place a try and instantly regretting it. It’s almost as if 7-eleven were going to start offering hamburgers and patty melts from those little self contained food warmers and the meat we were served was made that morning but i walked to the 7-11 and got what was available which was a dry almost tasteless mirage of what it was meant to be. Even after using fresh bread for the buns and decent ingredients for toppings and condiments, it still wasn’t enough to make me stop being disappointed that i shelled-out almost $15 for just the so called burger. The real kicker was that there was supposed to also be pastrami on it which, i guess in some way was a blessing in disguise that it was left off as, I’m inclined to believe, that too would have been dry making the whole experience that much more unpleasant.

$37.50 for two hamburgers and two medium sized french fries I couldn’t be more disappointed. It looks like Helen Keller made my hamburger because I had to get home and remake it, could even put the right toppings on the right hamburgers as they were ordered and by the time I got home, 5 minutes away everything was lukewarm and the buns on the hamburgers are soggy. For almost $40, everything should have been put together better, tastier and hotter.

I liked it! Onion rings were really good and the breading on the sandwich is different and unique. I got the mushroom Swiss and ended up dipping it in ranch because it was a bit dry for my taste. I think I’d like it much better with mayo, lettuce and tomato added. Would eat again though!

Take out only. Coulda made that clearer before I drove there. Cheese burger bowl was decent. Tasted OK and was decent value. Fries are a total rip off. $8 dollar for maybe 30 fairly small size and lame flavor fries. Are you freaking kidding me ??? DO NOT ORDER FRIES from these cheese burger heads. Take away the fries and I would up my rating to 4 stars

My husband and I like to try new spots frequently. The picture on the website sold us and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered a double bacon patty melt and omg yummmmm! We ordered one to share but wished we had ordered two. My husband is a burger connoisseur from Texas and he rated it a 9 which is more like an 11/10. A little pricey but I would definitely order this again. It was quick and easy to pick up.
