Great service and communication! I asked Meredith to put together an assortment of dark chocolates for my Mom for Mother’s Day. Included was an 8 piece of assorted Dark truffles, a separate box of caramels both salted and plain but all dark chocolate, a bag of dark chocolate pretzels, a box of Chocolate covered fudge, and a chocolate and strawberry bar! Having eaten my share of fine chocolates, from both local chocolatiers and European importers, I can say unequivocally that MELT chocolates rank among the best I’ve ever had. The quality of the chocolate is sublime. The truffles have the perfect ratio of coating chocolate to filling. The fillings are not overly sweet, allowing the flavors to shine. There are many varieties, from standards such as raspberry and dark chocolate to more creative flavors, such as cinnamon & chamomile and earl grey & lavender. In addition, there are a variety of other offerings such as turtles, haystacks, chocolate covered Oreos and more. The owner is friendly and will work with you for special orders. I highly recommend MELT!

So its a tiny chocolate shop within a bakery. Be prepared for that, dont be confused like I was looking for a sign saying “Melt” on the door. I must have drove around 5 times before I gave up and decided to try the bakery. Amazing croissants…fresh baked daily in house. They seriously melt in your mouth with a buttery crispy crunch. But be sure to get there before the afternoon because these croissants are gone sometimes by mid morning everyday.

This “chocolatier” is in another store and it does not specify that. I just went because it says that they are open until 5 and they were CLOSED. So needless to say I walked around in the cold for 20 minutes trying to find this place (because the building does not say on the front that it is the “MELT Chocolatier”) just for it to be closed when I got there
