The service was phenomenal, Brittani was training Emily, and they were very understanding when I had to go back out to my vehicle to get my wallet. We had laughs and the food was great, the one issue we had was the mustard packets we were given, were all dried out. But other than that great service, great food.

Im shocked & appaled the owners let these young kids shut the kitchen down over 1 cook not at work? They dont answer phone 99% of the time for to-go orders. 5,000 ppl in this town & the cooks cant handle multiple orders on a Sunday night? I have never seen more than 3 tables at once in the lobby. They take phone off the hook to avoid orders? So we went to store to place our order. There were 2 ppl in dining area. Girl says sorry were closed. It was 6:30pm on Sunday? I said why She said they were short cooks. I looked I seen 3 ppl in the kitchen. I told her the phone is off the hook she acted like she didnt know. I said its very unprofessional to close a buisness because your short handed. Step it up & figure it out? Its not that busy of a resturaunt. This is a small town & the community depends on these local food establishments. My family.was visiting all they wanted were boneless griff wings. Luckily Mike @ Snickers in Chisholm was able to fill our order. I have watched this location fall apart.
Such a shame because the food is good. We blamed it on Covid seems like the owner(s) are not hands on like Chisholm location. These kids dont want to be there, and they dont care about the community that helps create the revune to pay their wages. Seems like they rather milk the clock & than take some pride in their job answer phone & fill orders for their community.
If i were the owner I would fire every person who dodges phone calls, orders & work. I will never order from this location again. Chisholm or Eveleth is guaranteeld to answer and place your order!

To be honest when I first walked in the restaurant side I was a bit unimpressed, but when I headed to the bar side I knew it was the atmosphere I needed! Ordered a grilled Buffalo chicken sandwich and washed it down with a few beers. Waitstaff was great and though I may never venture through Virginia, MN again, I would definitely recommend!!

My girl and I decided to go run some errands and figured, “why not order some wings and pizza tonight.” We knew exactly what we wanted, a Fettuccine Alfredo pizza with some Grif Wings. It’s become a popular favorite among our family. When we were done with our errands the establishment did not start our order yet so we decided to do the reasonable thing, “go to the bar.” Haha We sat at the bar and ordered a whisky coke for each of us as we waited. The bartender was very friendly and asked if the Canadian Windsor for rail was ok. Absolutely it is, it’s one of my top favorites anyway other then Jameson whisky ofcorse. The day was full of snow and a blizzard, we were waiting on food, so it was nice to have great service. As you look around you can guess that this bar here is pretty rustic, with the antique back board holding up all the liquor, and the pool table sitting and waiting to be played in the back. Cassie and I told each other we would have to play pool at some point when we come here and maybe order some wings and drinks too. The food is amazing, the drinks were great, and the service was excellent. Our pizzas and breadsticks were delicious. Our waitress was super sweet and joked around with our kids. Prices were reasonable. Only thing negative is there was some sanitary concerns in the dining area, specifically dead flies in the window area and dust in the vents and on the walls. We will return if in the area again.
