Stopped in tonight for a carry out order I placed over the phone. There was a lot of background noise on my end, therefore my order was incorrect. There was initially a girl helping me but Carson immediately saw there was an issue with the order and helped to fix it. He was genuine, hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. He quickly had my order remade and kept checking in on it so I didn’t have to keep annoying them about it(I hate having to do that) so thank you Carson for being on it!

Always the best vibes at Mellow, love the beer selections. One of the few pizzas where I eat all of the crust. Slightly overcooked but no worries. I didn’t eat in just grabbed and go.

Tried eating here on Halloween night. Understandably, they were very busy with to-go orders. When we walked in at 7pm, there was nobody sitting at any of the tables. When we asked to sit down, we were told because they were so busy with to go’s that it would take 75-90 minutes to make our food. I asked them why they didn’t prioritize dine-in customers and was told “It’s all the same.” This is t true…90 minute waits can be quoted to pick-up orders and they can wait at home u til it’s time to pick up. Your dine in customers would have to sit there for 90 minutes with no food. How hard is it to move a dine-in ticket to the front of the line? We were there to support your servers…dis they just not make any tips all night? This was such bad customer service and could have been easily avoided. Very disappointed.

It’s such a great place to eat. There are so many things to pick from on an exciting menu. Kendall was our server, and she was very attentive to our needs all night. She kept our glasses full, the food coming, and was smiling all night. I’m so glad we chose to bring our out out of town family tonight. They are now huge fans!

Yikes… the restaurant was practically empty and completely trashed. Every table disgusting, floors covered in trash and crumbs. They sat us at a dirty table. The server and bar tender were very unfriendly. We sat for 15min without our ordered waters, food took forever and they forgot our sides. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Thankfully the food tasted good. I will never come back to this location though… very gross. We thought about leaving because how dirty it stayed in here the whole time. No one cleaning any tables and server missing the whole time

I walked in and was immediately seated. My server was very attentive and witty. The pizzas were absolutely delicious. Afterward I felt very full and energized rather than carb overloaded and tired. I feel this is due to the high quality ingredients and whole wheat crust. I will definitely be back!

Super restaurant!! Amazing staff; they were ALL super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Perfect! Great craft cocktails with fresh juices and syrups.
I loved that EVERY SINGLE PERSON in front and in the kitchen had a mask on to protect themselves and others.
The pizza was amazing!! And a bit better here than some other MM locations. And because I ordered it extra crispy, they came out with it boxed but uncut to have me confirm that it was crispy enough before they cut it. Can you imagine such service?!?!? Spectacular!!!

I hope my horrible experience helps people with allergies or sensitivities…. I paid $23 for this pizza. It was ice cold and majority of it being just bread. They did not hold back on the toppings. Please go else where and spare yourself the money and waste of time.
