DO NOT GET THE MEATBALL APPETIZER!!! This has recently changed. It used to be three perfectly cooked succulent large Italian meatballs, on an oval plate on a tasty red sauce topped with shaved cheese. Now, to save money, corporate has replaced it with an item that costs the same, and has one third of the meatballs, which are small and round. After a very rough day I went to take solace with a beer and one of my favorite appetizers on Broad Street. When it came out I thought they made the wrong dish. I received an overcooked over sauced small meatball tray that looked like it used frozen meatballs from Walmart. I was informed that this is the way it is now. I left five stars, because the other food here is still amazing, and the renovation looks awesome, but the staff should let all of the regulars as well as new customers know about this item, as bad as it is. I have always been very impressed with the quality of this local mellow mushroom but am shocked by how bad this appetizer was and that they would serve it on a menu that is otherwise fantastic. This new meatball appetizer wins my award for worst appetizer on Broad Street.

Honestly, just okay. Descent atmosphere and we had good service, but the food was nothing special. We have had way better pizza for a much better price at many other places. The cobb salad was tasty, especially with the blue cheese dressing. But, nothing we would go back for.

I’m giving this place a 5 star due to the fact that we were in Rome, Georgia and I was blown away that the pizza was that good down there. Crust was great, sauce was great and the toppings were a great combo. Our server was as friendly as could be, she was on top of drinks and asking how things were. Venue was pretty awesome, big place. I’m sure it gets poppin on the weekends.

Great experience did not disappoint at the Rome location.
We did carry out and the girls at take out were awesome! The girl who took my order was wise and informed me that she was new , so I helped her through the order to make sure we got everything right. She nailed it perfectly!

Fantastic… love the atmosphere. I had the Pacific Rim pizza & def wasn’t disappointed.. My girls had a pepperoni & veggie pizza. The cheese bread is so good also. Will definitely come back to try something different. Our waitress was super sweet.

It’s the only real restaurant in Rome for pizza. Everywhere else is below mid so if you want to PizzaMax Mellow is the place. The beer on tap is sometimes a bit disappointing as it seems watered down a bit but otherwise it’s good overall. You don’t have many another options.

Service was great! We were seated in the car and my daughter was so excited. She ended up knocking her stuffed bunny into the crack and our serve got on her hands and knees to get it for her! Restaurant is nice inside. Husband got pepperoni pizza, daughter got mac and cheese, and I got the club salad. I will say, the salad was OK but I wasn’t a fan of the Ranch dressing. This is not a ‘them’ issue, I’m just picky on Ranch dressing haha (i like that ‘restaurant ranch’) and i would say the seasoning on the chicken could use some work. This is nothing that I would return my food over or complain about, it’s mainly preferences. Overall the food was good and we would definitely return.

Eclectic restaurant with electic pizza choices. Great quality with wonderful friendly service. It was the local high school homecoming night and we were still seated immediately. Our food came quick and fresh. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
