Empty bowl picture is because the salad was so good we finished it before the photo. The pizzas are on another level. Two of us split one reg salad and two small pizza. Two slices for left overs. Will be returning. Drinks are fun and huge beer menu. Candy bar stout was my favorite of the night.

First time at Mellow Mushroom. Met a friend for Happy Hour at 3pm. When I walked in I notice how big it was, very open seating, and very clean. Bathroom was very clean as well. It was not busy at this time of day, but by 4 – 4:30, it was getting very busy. We sat at the bar area, Ryan greeted us and served us a couple of IPA’s and two appetizers of our choice. Very friendly and great service. Really good appetizers; spinach artichoke dip and the pretzel bites with a hot spicy sauce….tasty!! Great service was also provided by: Brooke and Marleana!!! All 3 had great personalities, kept us smiling and laughing. A very enjoyable experience. I also met a few bar patrons, really friendly people. A real feel-good atmosphere!! I highly recommend and I’m be back!!

We were there on a Wednesday around 6pm. There were people mostly coming in for pickup items. They were clearly understaffed, we learned later it was due to people calling in sick. Those that were there worked their butt off. Jenna was a Star performer that night jumping in to help where ever she saw a need.
The food was good although my husband had the full size steak and cheese hogie and thought it could’ve used more meat. I had the meatball one which was good and I just had to rearrange the meatballs to make it even for both sides.
It stayed busy there until 7 pm and then things tapered off.

We had a great evening at mellow mushroom.
After my last visit about 10 years ago at a different brand, I was eager to give this one a try once I saw it exists in Phoenix.
I was happy to see they have a few vegan options. I ordered a vegan pizza. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it did taste pretty good. I think it could have been a little more juicy and flavorful.
My friend ordered the buffalo pizza and really enjoyed it.
Our server (and I forgot to ask her name) was amazing! She was so attentive and made sure we had a great time. Thank you!

Came here years ago and left since we waited over an hour for a pizza we never even got to try. Came back today, the service was fine our waitress was really sweet. The food far from that. When the pizza came out the topping distribution was horrible. The so called ham barely existed. Asked for it to be remade. This time the cheese was unrelated, I could pull off the chunks of unrelated cheese with ease. The pizza also had no hold. You would pick it up and it bent in half. Not cooked enough. Waste of money and time again.

The experience service and food were perfect. We ordered our pizza a little more crispy and it came out just the way we asked. The servixe was great. The place was clean. And the price matched us perfect fed 3 people more then needed.

We ordered a classic pizza (can’t remember the name) along with spinach dip. Their old fashion pizza was filling, good amount of toppings and the spinach dip was really good. I just don’t feel the quality of the pizza matched the price. Customer service was standard, a little slow, but no issues.

We were on our way back North after an ASU hockey game, and it was almost 10:30. Most places in AZ close at 10, or even earlier, assumedly because more than half the population is in bed by 8:00. We found this place was actually open until 1:00am (Friday night), so that right there was a huge plus. We have folks with pretty significant food allergies, and they totally stepped up there. We’re definitely keeping it in mind whenever we’re down in the valley, especially later in the evening.
