Big yikes. We used to love takeout from here. Not sure what happened. We ordered online around 430 on a Saturday afternoon and our ETA given was 6 PM. That seemed a bit long, so we called the restaurant to confirm.

Mello Mushroom almost never disappoints. I’ve always been impressed by any of the locations I have been too. This one off Shallowford was no exception. Our server was outstanding and anticipated our every need. Highly recommend this MM establishment. My family will definitely be back in the future.

We ordered a Steak and Cheese sandwich and a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza with extra sauce. Laura our waitress was amazingly attentive to making us feel like welcomed guests from the minute we sat down. The sandwich was so tasty! And the pizza…. yummy yummy! The flavors all danced like my favorite love song. The crust on this pizza crispy and flavorful. I love the bright colors and funky decor. So visually entertaining to the eye in a weird curious way. But I love it. I was having fun exploring like a kid. The place is small and from the outside it almost appeared closed but don’t let that fool yah. Open that door up to have a delicious fun experience and tell Laura hi for us. Enjoy!

As others have said food was very disappointing for the price. The staff were not rude but the pizza had no salt what so ever in any of the dough, sauce or toppings and the cheese definitely didn’t make up for it. I’m not sure how the ranch didn’t taste good either. Not sure if I got a bad batch or what but definitely not worth the price

I’ll be going here since high school and I went to Lassiter. The pizza is delicious. And they seriously do you serve with a smile! My two-year-old loves this pizza. My first love and I met at Lassiter high School and then got back together many years later and we actually went to mellow mushroom a couple times in the past and now we’re bringing our kids! Back when goodwill was an old Winn-Dixie! Back when Chevron was Conoco where my, now deceased mom worked! Everything’s changing around us very fast are building and it’s overpopulated. It’s good to know some things don’t change. It’s good that we can still find a piece of memory. I love mellow mushroom! Even the inside is so awesome and old school!

We ordered delivery tonight for the first time in many years. We had forgotten how delicious all the food is. We ordered a large pizza and wings and a hoagie. Everyone enjoyed everything!!! Thank you for calling to confirm our order when we asked for vegan cheese on the sandwich that also had regular cheese in the meatballs. That high attention to detail is exactly why we will always eat at Mellow Mushroom on Shallowford!!! Great experience all around!!!

This restaurant is smaller so it stays packed! Only a small bar space. I wish they would expand into the space next door! The food is so good that’s why it stays busy. This last time we went I had the Thai pizza. Delish!

I’m not impressed with this place. We ordered a large pizza, and for the price of $27, we would expect a good quality. I would rather order papajohns instead. The wings, we spend $15 for 10 wings. They were dry and had no taste. The publix wings are much better than this place. Would not be coming back to this place is not worth the $45 we spend.
