Complete garbage location, service and food. I’m ashamed I drove all the way from N. Davis in Pensacola just to eat at a restaurant that I normally enjoy. The “new” boneless lemon pepper chicken was terrible with visible burnt spots, bland sauce a whole disgrace to appetizers everywhere. The Spinach Salad was good, but the random waitress that brought it to the table hadn’t finished chewing her Snickers bar yet, I believe. Then when the pizza finally arrived by a completely different waitress I sat the pie rack up for her to place it on, with a smile and she, said “I can’t put that on the top because it’s so small.” Then sat the pizza down beside my salad and left. Soon as she stepped away, I put it on the rack myself, without an issue, which is done at every decent Mellow Mushroom establishment. At that moment I hoped her crew leader was paying well because the tip just went Good-Bye. Then, I started into the House Pizza and it was only good, in spots, less spots than it was tasteless, flat and dry. All the excitement only cost $35. Insane….. Pitiful.

Stopped in for a bite!
I was in the area and wanted some baked wings. I arrived and was seated immediately. My server came up and took my drink order and food. When my wings were dropped off I barely had any tea left and waited on my server to return. 15 minutes later and down to 3 wings I receive my check and a I’ll take this when your ready. First, can I get some more tea. Second, if I’m still eating why drop off the check. What if I want dessert or something else. Not verry good service!

This was such a wonderful experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely incredible, everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve.
The restaurant itself was also very clean and well kept, which always makes a huge difference when dining out with a family.
What truly made our visit special though was the service. Our waitress was one of the sweetest, most attentive servers we’ve ever had. She was so kind and patient with my five children and made us feel completely welcome.
My youngest daughter had gotten hurt right before we came in, and the staff went out of their way to help. They brought her a bag of ice and napkins to help soothe her pain, which was such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us as parents.
Between the amazing food, the clean and comfortable atmosphere, and the genuinely kind service, this place exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back any time we are in town and I would absolutely recommend this location to everyone!

I got the Bruschetta and Mel’s Classic Burger, and the bruschetta is always a good appetizer! I just tried the burger today and it was so good! I put cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard on it

It has been a really long time since I have been to Mellow Mushroom and I am so glad we went! I loved that we could customize our pizza to be half and half! The service was great and the pizza was phenomenal! I got the mushroom half and it was the best dang pizza I have had in forever!

Bartender has to pour out of the jig and doesn’t fill it up to the top so your drink tastes like straight juice. No wonder nobody ever sits at this bar. Just came here for a Togo pizza and a drink. 10/10 do not recommended for a watering hole.

I love Mellow Mushroom because they offer dairy free cheese. It was pretty busy so it took a while for our pizza to come and after the first bite the bottom was burnt and the burnt bottom masked any flavor that was there. My wife’s pizza was ok, but mine was charred. My first impression is this place is hit or miss with their food. Our server was nice but she had the vibe she didn’t want to be there.

Excellent cheese calzone!! Added Italian sausage. Creamy cheese, perfectly cooked crust, large enough for two to share. Will definitely order again. Great service during lunch. Thanks!!

Service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and promot. The pizza was drenched in marinara sauce making it messy but also not tasting very good since all you taste is the sauce. Also the limeade lemonade was very tart. The waitress did see that and offered to take it off the bill so that was nice. All in all the food was OK at best but the service was really good.
