We ordered their veg out pizza and veg calzone. The pizza was great and the calzone was okay. We liked the set up and the mural paintings on the bar. The setup is more like a cinema lobby. However there was water dripping from duct overhead. Hence four stars. The bar is okay. The service was lagging.

I have been to a few Mellos Mushroom locations but this one has the best atmosphere. The booths were spacious and service was great! We had a limited time to eat before an event and the waiter was on point in taking care of us. The cocktails are pricey for what you get but the pizza and other entrees were good.

This, by far, was the worst customer service experience ever at a Mellow Mushroom. The to go order was half house special and half veg out. Look at what they served me! Outrageous! I had to ask for a manager after the server explained that sometimes toppings can slide when the pizza is placed in the oven. I had to ask the manager to remake it, and it took a while. It wasn’t cooked enough and I’m still disappointed. For a salad and large pizza I paid $45! Totally Not worth it and I doubt i will be back. Gross!

Very slow/poor service. Where’s the parm? I had to walk to the back and ask for plates for my pizza. By that time is was already cold. Only 4 tables in the place. No surprise. The locals probably know not to come here.

We ordered the House pizza and meatballs. I liked the red sauce and the toppings were great and fresh. I wasn’t excited about the gluten free crust, it was not hand tossed, dry, hard, super thin and tasteless. Our service was rather slow. We didn’t go in at a busy time so wasn’t quite certain why that happened. Apps came fairly quickly, but our pizzas took forever. When the couple we were with got served we were informed us that ours had melted in the oven and they had to remake it. ♀️ So… we waited again the normal amount of time, that it takes them to make a 10″ pizza. When ours finally arrived, the couple we were with had already completed their dinner and we’re ready for the bill. Not the greatest experience for our first time there, but I get things happen…

This was our first time here. The presentation of the food was nice. However, taste and value were just average. The best thing we had was probably the wings. Our server was absolutely awkward and could not articulate answers to our questions about items on the menu. I came, I saw, I tried….. my curiosity is satisfied, and I probably would not go back.

Saw the good review, have been wanting to try…but just average. The pretzel bites tasted like pizza dough, not pretzels. Pizza was OK, nothing special. Cloud 9 wings were good. Someone else picked the restaurant ( also first time) and none of us were impressed. Kids mac and cheese was worse than Kraft box. Seems like the 4.3 reviews are an accumulation of better reviews from times ago, recent reviews are sub- par. Won’t be back

Today was not the best day at the Mellow Mushroom. It seems they were very understaffed, and we know there’s a lot of that going around. My husband’s beer order was wrong, and then his lunch order was wrong. The food was slowwwww coming out. They did make it right by insisting that he take home the dish he originally ordered at no charge.

Loved this place. Excellent gluten free pizza and the salads are delicious. Funky atmosphere, friendly service. Bar area with multiple tv screens to watch sports and enjoy a drink. Lots of comfortable seating.

The waitress was very pleasant she was also the bartender, and busy as she was she was very sweet and mannerable ,but the Manager was rude and disrespectful It’s a restaurant for all, and all should be treated the same. It was all because I ask a question regarding our order we’d been waiting on over 45 mins she answered with a smart remark, kept disregarding our table, and checking on other customers right behind us, in a taunting kinda way walking past with a smirk and just down right extremely rude, and still didn’t answer what I ask in a very respectful way.
