This was our first visit. I couldn’t be more impressed. We tried the meatballs and pretzel bites. Both were amazing. The best cheese with the bites was probably the best dip cheese I’ve ever had. We decided on the Holy Shitake pizza. Everything about it was top notch. It looks simple and a little plain. It was anything but plain or simple. We did add roma tomatoes and I was glad we did. Our server was Megan and she really took time with us. I can’t wait to come back!!

Came in party of 5 they said it was 30 minute wait has us seated in maybe 5. Ordered the Greek salad with balsamic vinegarette extremely fresh. We then received our pepperoni pizza size large fed 6 of us. The sauce, cheese, pepperoni ratio was perfect. Pizza was served hot and delicious. Football was playing and it was a great experience. We are from out of town and the pizza was to write home about.

Sat for 5 minutes while employees stared yet didn’t help then waited for the 2 bartenders in the back doing who knows what.
Food was great but the bartender talking to another bartender about how they should try some new items and corrected me on how to pronounce a beer.
Besides that and both the pizza cooks eating while making food was very unprofessional & unsanitary. Loved the gluten and dairy free pizza but not the lack of care..
Would be nice to match your prices with the customer service. $40 for a small pizza and a calzone is a bit much for the lack of service you actually get

Had a great experience for lunch on a Saturday. It wasn’t too busy. All of our food was great and came out in a timely fashion. 100% will go again! We ordered half/half super pep and merry prankster, and also an order of their cloud nine wings

We started out with the pretzel bites with beer cheese…absolutely amazing!! The Wings were cooked right and very tasty…but the Chicken Q pizza was out of this world. We’ve also gotten the Shittaki pizza in the past, it was great as well. We keep wanting to try the sandwiches, but can’t get past pizza and wings. We’ll just have to go back and try again.

I am always looking for great pizza in Central Indiana. Mellow popped up on a Google search so I gave it a try. Great atmosphere for all ages. Great menu variety. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is delicious.

This pizza was so good we ate it too fast to take a proper picture. The crust was awesome, toppings were fresh and tasty. It was soft with a slight crispness to it. The crust is really good. And the ratio of toppings to sauce to crust is just right.

So this place is excellent. But there is a problem. They make what I like to call, artisanal pizza. It is so much better any other Pizza place, that once you have it you will not be able to go back to regular pizza again. If somebody in the household says they want pizza and then they start talking about who they should call, Domino’s or Pizza Hut or Papa john’s, you will pipe up and say that you are unable to eat any of that trash after eating mellow mushroom. There are all sorts of excellent tapes in pieces, all the common ingredients are available and many uncommon ingredients are available! I personally have not bought any pizza from any pizza place other than Mellow Mushroom since somewhere around 2015. And no matter who I’m visiting anywhere in the country, and pizza comes up, I refuse to eat anything except the artisanal stuff. Even if it’s a plain, cheese and pepperoni pizza, I just can’t stand the low quality ingredients of all these other pizza places. And around these parts, Mellow Mushroom is the best artisanal pizza shop around

We shared an order of there pretzel bites & beer cheese, absolutely the best you’ll ever have & a medium-sized half pepperoni & half Cosmic karma pizza (which was equivalent to a Margherita pizza) – yet even better, our favorite was the Cosmic karma! So amazing! Service spectacular & great location! Love Mellow Mushroom!
