Great service, friendly, attentive and willing to investigate ingredients and give recommendations. Delicious food! That pizza dough, so good. This location is smaller and quirky. Great food. Some parking on site.

Great food. Absolutely incompetent order fulfillment. Despite getting my order wrong for the eighth straight time, I return because the pizza is good. That’s on me.
Still, it amazes me that this store never, ever, EVER gets my order right. This time it added a topping sauce on a pizza that was not supposed to have it. Onions were on a different pizza that wasn’t supposed to have them. Onions were left off a pizza that was supposed to have them. For some reason, the delicious Holy Shiitake pizza is almost always only half covered.
I keep filling out the customer surveys they send, but nothing changes and no one responds.
Probably best to order from a different store until they can figure out their own ordering system.
PS I spent about 8 minutes on hold when I called and asked to speak to a manager.
UPDATE: I give credit to Emory for refunding the cost of my order yesterday. I hope that this means that they will take the steps necessary to iron out the order-fulfillment issues.

Ive eaten there twice while on vacation. It has a nice psychedelic atmosphere, which i like. There is also outdoor seating for the warmer months. I had the small cosmic karma pizza. It was very appealing to the eyes and full of flavor. Drinks–they have a decent soda selection, but I opted to get a hard cider by Angry Orchard, something I rarely get. Dessert– the sundae with a hot brownie, vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Needless to say, there was some happy big-backtivity going on! I will be back again for DragonCon next year.

We waited 15–20 minutes for our pizza, then the server came out saying there was a mix-up in the kitchen and it would be another 10 minutes. A minute later, the manager shows up with our pizza… and wow, what a letdown. The toppings looked like they were just slapped on, the bottom was burnt, and it tasted like cardboard. Honestly, it felt like instead of making us a fresh pizza, the manager just grabbed whatever disaster was sitting around and shoved it our way to move on to the next customer. My kids wouldn’t even touch it — they scraped off the cheese and tossed the rest. $50 wasted, and we’ll never be back.

5 starts across the board! I’ve always wanted to try this place and it did NOT disappoint. I can’t wait for my daughter in California to visit so we can go here. I really want to try the spinach and artichoke dip! The pizza was fantastic, the service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was fun and eclectic. Great time. *UPDATE* My daughter came out from Cali and we all came here for dinner. The spinach artichoke dip is fabulous and I am addicted to the Holy Shitake pizza

Worst experience ever and mellow mushroom is my go to pizza place but, the experience at this particular location was the worst I ordered a pizza lightly cooked and it wasn’t cooked at all it was literally soft doe I was more than mortified, the pizza was ordered for a co worker on his appreciation day and was not edible at all. And I paid almost 80 bucks everything else was ok but the star meal was a fail BIG TIME!!!

Great unpretentious neighborhood bar and restaurant. This is one of the oldest Mellow Mushroom restaurants still serving the community. This isn’t the modern restaurant designed by an interior designer, but a small building decorated with local memorabilia. Service was excellent, polite and friendly. The restaurant has a nice local “feel.” The two hot subs, steak and Havana we had, were fresh and full of flavor. There is a small bar and outdoor dining area.

to “ I ordered two boxes of cheese bread and when I received my order, I was very displeased and disappointed with the presentation of one of the breads. What made this visit even more tacky and disappointing were the cashiers that I confronted the issue towards. They were highly unprofessional and tried their hardest to persuade me to just take the order after I told them repeatedly that I was not satisfied. The Caucasian lady with the black hair was very rude in that she rolled her eyes and told me that the wait would be 30 minutes. I only waited for ten minutes to receive my order as I figured it does not take long to make cheese bread. Neither her or the other Caucasian female with her hair in a pony tail offered me anything for my wait nor did they apologize. When I finally received my order the black haired Caucasian lady gave me my order and I asked her for some napkins. As she was waiting for me to ask her the question about the napkins, she was observed to be on her phone texting and exhibited impatience as evidenced by her huffing because I asked her about receiving napkins. This company needs refresh their employees on how to properly provide customer service. I will not pay for anything that subpar or less than professional standards. This was my first time visiting this location, and I will not visit here again.
