We visited twice within 2 weeks for our first visits.
Trip 1… guacamole and chips, fish tacos and margaritas… excellent food. My wife raved about the tacos! 2 margaritas for me… the first was perfect and the 2nd wasn’t the same. I blame that on the slow waitress that night and getting the order right. This was a 7 / 10 overall experience.
Trip 2… we had Gorge as our waiter and got fajitas for 2 and could only eat half – so much food. it had everything and it was amazing. Margaritas were fast and perfectly made. Service was awesome and Gorge was great! Service was so much better.
Bottom line… food is awesome. I think service is spotty depending on who you get. Drinks were good. Churros were really good with the ice cream!

Our party of 4 was immediately welcomed by the waitstaff and seated. Moments later, we were served a complimentary soup and, of course, homemade chips with salsa! Our waiter, Gorge, was very friendly, and always smiling! He was available whenever we needed and was able to answer all questions about the menu items. He gets 5-stars for his exceptional service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our delicious margaritas were served with fresh fruit and an orchid! We did not wait long for our food, and all 4 of our orders were served hot. All the authentic flavors were exactly as expected. And my personal favorite, Guacamole! was perfect!
Menu selection offers something for everyone, even the kids! The atmosphere is perfect for all kinds of gatherings with plenty of seating in the main dining room, intimate dining “nooks,” and even a back room for large events and parties. We will DEFINITELY be going back!

Saturday night and 1st sign was more staff than guest. We had a large table 14 people. The drinks were good and cold. The food was really lacking. The food was also cold. The steaks tasted old. Had that irony taste. Compared to other similar restaurants that serve Mexican food this is not great

This place is amazing, food is not only delish by lit you can taste the freshness. Service is amazing, always attentive to the minimum detail. My regular drink is the skinny margarita! I try to taste something different every week, today we went with the “lengua de vaca” (beef tongue “ and mondongo. Both served with generous portions of rice and tostones. It’s always a pleasure to come in! Never disappoint!! And yes they do include the 15% gratuity in your check, but who cares when you get only the best food and service!!?? I don’t, and always try to double that tip

This place is new, but I must say it is great. Sparkly Clean, food is fresh, customer service is great. Price around 10-20 per person. Authentic Mexican cuisine I can attest for. I lived in El Paso, TX before and was struggling to find some cuisine that resembles the Mexican border, now this place is it. No alcohol yet, at the time of this review (-_-)..

Looking for dinner and I really enjoyed Mellos.
Amazing flavors in the food perfectly cooked and served food. Service was great quickly got a seat and everything tested homemade. This is not the restaurant that used to be in this location. This is a much better place. Thank you Mellos for providing excellent food.

Mellos is hidden gem. My husband and I decided to try them out on date night and could not have been more pleased. It’s a quaint, warm and welcoming place with friendly and excellent service. Both our appetizers and main dishes were delicious. If you’re looking for a taste of authentic food stop by and give them a try. We will be returning in the near future.

TLDR; good place, good food, okay service.
When we first sat down, we were given some soup on the house! It was pretty good! Free chips and salsa was also given as a complimentary for everybody. Salsa was delightful. Chips were awesome.
The atmosphere was so nice to look at. The decorations are beautiful. There were multiple TV’s on including a baseball game, the new Avatar movie, and just some relaxing scenery. I like the variety.
The service was okay. Our waiter seemed like she didn’t want to be here, but was trying to cover it up by being nice. (I acknowledged it lol, but it threw me off a little.)
A staff member was blasting audio through their phone. Eventually, two staff members were huddled around the one with the loud phone, including our waiter.
The food was quick to come. My grandfather ordered the photo with the pineapple. And i ordered the quesadilla. The food was amazing. Nice and warm, and tasted delicious. It was made with LOVE!

A lot of different Latin culture food on the menu… it’s Genius!! I am definitely going back to try something new! The Sangria was delicious and the carnitas y mofongo was very tasty BUT the complementary Sopa de Fideo tapped into a lovely memory of my mom’s house (RIP 2018). I highly recommend this place anytime you want Latin food!

We came here on a random August Wednesday afternoon. Sat at the bar and ordered drinks. I ordered the chicken chimichangas and she ordered the taco salad with ground beef. Both were brought out fresh and hot! I loved my chimichangas! The taco salad could have used more stuff. Not a lot to it. Would have been nice with some or all of the available options. You know, corn, onions, tomatoes, green chiles, black olives, et al. Very good overall, and we will be back for more!
