Stopped on the way back from Elkton to try this place for lunch. The chicken salad slider did not disappoint! It was amazing! I also got a reuben and my husband tried the prime rib and cuban. All were great and fairly priced for the portions. We didn’t have a long wait and parking was easy to find. We’ll definitely be back again!

Melissa’s Sweet Tea and Sliders is a unique idea and it shows in the food quality and service. The sliders are so good! I’ve had the Buffalo chicken, amazing, and the Sloppy Philly, even more amazing! My husband loves the honey mustard Chicken BLT. This is the best food destination in Elkton, right in town. Its easily accessible from 33 and 340. The fries are crinkle and fresh every time! The food quality is exceptional and I am now a regular. Support these small businesses. They deserve our support. They’ve earned it!! five !!!!

An awesome food truck serving up delicious food! Their main base are slider sandwiches and she takes it to a whole other level delivering creative takes on classics and adding details that make you say Mmmm..! Though I had a variety my main fave that day was the chicken salad slider. Can’t go wrong no matter what you decide! I suggest 1-2 per person or 3 if you’re more hungry.

Melissa’s was the perfect pit stop for lunch! We had just driven skyline drive and were making our way through Elkton and stumbled onto this spot and I’m so glad we did!
Food was delicious. I got the Roast Beef & Cheddar + Pulled Pork with a side of macaroni salad. My boyfriend got the Buffalo Chicken Slider + Prime Rib Burger with a side of coleslaw. Each meal came with a free sweet tea too!! The sides were delicious, cold and fresh. We both ate every bite of our sliders. The sweet tea was of course refreshing and perfectly sweet but not too sweet! They had every sauce you could think of out for you to add to your sandwiches along with cutlery & napkins.
The seating area was just what we needed to get our lunch, scarf it down in less than 15 minutes and continue on our journey! Tables had umbrellas to help shade you from the sun too.
Bonus points: before I even realized my Roast Beef and Cheddar was missing the Cheddar the woman working noticed me looking at it and called out to me “did I forget your cheese?!” And quickly ensured I got it before I had to even ask
Overall great quick lunch spot and the food was all fresh, delicious and perfect portions. Highly recommend if you’re in the area taking the time to check this place out! We will definitely be back whenever we pass through Elkton again.
Oh, and I almost forgot- they also have breakfast from I believe 7-11am AND ice cream!!! Next time!

Melissa has a hidden little gem here, I’m sure Elkton is aware of this “sweet” spot…but I want to make sure others get the chance to experience it too! I mean does it get better than Sweet Tea and Sliders? Lots to choose from, sliders, sides and sips!! Even has ice cream for a treat for you and the kids!

You have got to try out this new hidden gem in Elkton. Be sure to stop in for lunch or an after school snack. My girls had the bbq sliders and baked beans and ate every bite! My husband and I enjoyed the Rueben, chicken bacon ranch, and the sloppy philly with potato salad. It was a little chilly for the kids to sit out and eat, but we adults had good conversation and plenty of sunshine. Prices are on point and much better quality of food than what you’d get at a fast food restaurant. I love that you can mix and match your sliders (plenty of meat on those sliders!) and that the sides are shareable. This is definitely a place that should be on your list to stop and eat when you’re in town.

Saw this place Friday afternoon after a client visit and decided this places sounded interesting and wanted to stop for a lunch with the wife on a drive the next day. So stopped in around 2pm on Saturday and at first glance of prices you’d probably think hmm a bit high for a slider but its a pretty good deal 2 sliders a side and you get a free drink. Wife and I got 4 sliders the Chicken Bacon Ranch, the Prime Rib Burger, and the Honey Mustard Chicken BLT. with Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad and two teas. There is clearly a sign that says everything is made fresh to order and this is not Fast Food. Yes it took a while but we didn’t care we weren’t in a hurry and the picnic tables were nice and so was the weather.
When the food was ready it was neatly packed on a tray, the whole time we could smell our food cooking and we could tell we were in for a treat. We dug in to the Chicken Bacon Ranch first and were delighted, it was delicious the rolls were nicely toasted and had a great buttery garlic flavor. Next cracked open the Prime Rib burger and it was well seasoned and delicious with the lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle, all were fresh delicious. Last was hands down our favorite as we have a palate for honey mustard and that was the Honey Mustard Chicken BLT. This was delicious I only got a few bites while my wife took the rest. Really can’t complain about the sliders they were so good a meal is definitely 2 and a side as the sliders are of nice size and being sliders its nice to be able to have the ability to have various options for sandwiches to enjoy. Now if I had one complaint it would be the side salads they were generic nothing to write home about, edible not great, next time I think I would go with the fries as they are made to order and I absolutely believe that.

Such a cute spot for outdoor seating! Yummy sandwiches and all the picnic sides. The sweet tea is awesome! I loved the meatball marinara slider. One is enough to satisfy me but order two! The owner is so nice too. Perfect fun spot for hanging out with friends and family
