So happy I found this cute little cafe. I stopped in for a quick bite to eat with my other half. We both got a slice of pizza each. Which was huge! It was about 2 regular slices in one. We also shared garlic knots that were so yummy. Staff were friendly and service was fast.

They had cuddaruni today and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. Melilli’s is a cozy restaurant with pizza to go and many other delicious item on the menu. Prices are excellent as well.

We went for breakfast on Mother’s Day. They had a special Mother’s Day menu, but we ordered from the regular menu. I wasn’t ready to place my order when our server came over, but I did tell her that they could put an order of home fries on right away, so is They would be cooked well done by the time the rest of my meal was ready. She went in right away to tell the cook.
I got eggs with home fries and toast and my husband got The breakfast platter with Blueberry pancakes. When our meals came, my eggs were cooked exactly exactly as I had asked, and the home fries were nice and crispy. Everything was perfect. My husband’s pancakes Were 10 to 11 inches in diameter and were loaded with blueberries. He. loved his meal and said we’re going back there again. It is now his new favorite place for breakfast.
The service was excellent. She kept his coffee full and brought anything we needed.

I’ve had breakfast here before and I’ll be back again. This was for me a big breakfast. The home fries are some of the best I’ve had. These are not those yucky frozen deep fried ones that some people serve. They give you the option of Italian bread. I deleted the black olives.

This is one of the best places in Portland to grab a grinder or some Italian food. The pizza looks good. I asked the wait staff and they said the oven is brick lined. We dined in and the service was great.
I had the Chicken cutlet monster grinder and my wife had the Reuben. Both were delicious. Fries were just enough crispy. The restaurant has a local diner feel. Seby the owner was there. When the owner is actively there, you know the secret ingredient that makes a place great is still around. Great meal. We will be back. And parking in the side spots or back are all fair game.

Meal was good. Homemade corned beef hash was very good, almost too much corned beef, I think it needs more potatoes and onions, I never thought I’d say that but there was just something a little off about the taste of the corned beef. Waitress never came over to ask how everything was, no coffee or water refills.

We just moved to Portland and I am so happy Melili is right by my house. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, they are great with kids, they consider food allergies, just really great! I love their chicken cutlets and pizza. The kids love the Mickey Mouse Pancake. Just a great place!

Love it here!! The workers are always happy and smiling. Food is always fresh and hot. Grinders and sandwiches are always amazing. The desserts are awesome always so yummy. Highly recommended.
