Food is below average. We ordered tandoori paneer started and it tasted like deep fried paneer, was super dry. Other reviews said Rara chicken is good, but it had no taste at all and the chicken tasted like it was 4 days old. One of the servers looked like she dosent even wanna be there and wasn’t responding properly. Would not recommend this place. 3/10

Ordered butter chicken with rice, salad and naan on ubereats.
Too much cream in the butter chicken for my taste. Chicken had a nice smoky flavor but a bit dry.
Rice was nicely cooked!
Salad is salad. Good.
Naan was kinda chewy. Maybe, it would’ve been better if i dined in.

I am deeply disappointed and hurt by my experience at Mehfil Restaurant in Etobicoke.
We ordered a full vegetarian party meal for our Diwali celebration 15 people, all vegetarian. When we started eating, we found a piece of chicken in one of the vegetarian curries. The entire group stopped eating immediately. Our celebration turned into shock and distress.
We tried calling the restaurant that night, but no one picked up despite them being open. The next day we went in person, hoping for an apology or at least some understanding. Instead, the manager “Ishant Kapoor” showed no empathy, made excuses, and even used abusive language while refunding the money.
This wasn’t just a mistake, it was a deep disrespect toward our faith and trust. We didn’t expect this from a restaurant serving our community.
I am sharing this so others are aware and so this never happens to anyone again. Please be careful if you have dietary or religious food restrictions.

had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic Indian flavors. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared.
A special thank you to Manisa, who served us. She provided top-class service, was very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her hospitality made the dining experience even better.
Highly recommend this place for both the amazing food and the excellent service!

we ordered bhindi masala and paneer lababdar.
Taste was good for paneer lababdar but only small 7 pieces of paneer and thin gravy for $17.99 .What a shame!
Bhindimasala was made with frozen bhindi so every other bite had fibres we could not swallow and take it out from mouth
naan were soft for first 5 minutes then it was super chewy by the time we finish dinner
it was last time i ordered..they don’t serve what they charge

I visited this place with my friends on my birthday and from the moment i entered this place it was an outstanding experience. Talking about the food I specially loved their veg platter it had different types of paneer and soya chaap in it the flavours burst in the mouth it came on a hot sizzling plate . The presentation of the food was amazing . It was a treat for the eyes as well . Moreover the garlic naan and tandoori roti was so soft and fresh straight out the tandoor into my plate . The service was next level the servers were so kind and attentive with service . I loved this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered Jeera rice, but it felt completely dried out, as if it had been pre-boiled the day before and then just toasted in oil and jeera to improve the taste.
The receptionist/server seemed to be going through the motions of collecting customer feedback.
When she asked for our input, we shared a suggestion about the Naan serving style, but she ignored it and moved on to the next customer, even though there was no rush.
Feedback collection shouldn’t just be a box to check off, but something done sincerely if customer service truly matters. 🙂

I had my wedding ceremony at this location, and it was absolutely amazing. The amount of effort (Raman) put into organising everything truly deserves appreciation. She was constantly by our side, ensuring every detail was taken care of.
I absolutely loved the food and the ambiance we were away from home, yet they made us all feel so close to it.
From the bottom of my heart, a special thank you to the owner( Ishant ) and the entire staff for making our special day so incredibly memorable, despite the challenging weather conditions.

I ordered Butter chicken through doordash from here and I have never been so disappointed. Theres a long hair in the butter chicken and its pathetic how they didn’t even refund the money. Did a damn good job decorating the bag, but a real bad one w the food, because it also tasted pathetic.
