This is the best ice cream in the lake Geneva area. Great customer service. I love all the staff here they’re so my favorite foods are the Breaded chicken sandwich and barbecue crunch burger with french fries

First time her and experience was wonderful! Staff was great. Food was made to order. It all tasted great, hot and delicious. Burgers were so juicy and not dry. Fries cooked to perfection, they had a great exterior Crunch. Mozzarella sticks were yummy and the widget doughnuts are fantastic and must try. The order was huge, but they were so good. Malt was tasting thick, but not really done. Hope your float was just as good. Happy we stopped. Will definitely try again.

More than a half hour for burger and fries..no seating in the wait zone…chili dog swimming in chili sauce, not actual chili. staff didn’t really care, they just said it takes a while. They were right about that. the ice cream orders were handled quickly, but the food is super slow, the fries were warm, not hot, and limp. prices are reasonable/fair

This is hands-down the one of the BEST ice cream shop I’ve ever been to! From the moment you get to the window, you’re greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The customer service here is absolutely top-notch—everyone is friendly, and helpful. This place is a gem. If you’re looking for delicious treats and outstanding service, look no further. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

I usually only get to go once or twice in the season but I got a chance to go and I was smart about it too. Always busy but if you call in your order..it’ll be ready when you get there. I ordered the fabulous and oh so yummy widgets. If you don’t know what a widgets is, then you have been missing out your entire life! A widget is a deep fried piece of bread dough that is lightly tossed into sugar or cinnamon sugar. This is something that you should all try once this summer and try not to get hooked.

The food quality is not the same as what Dari Ripple had and more over you can’t get a receipt if you’re picking up for other people and they do not make shakes with hard ice cream. What type of ice cream stand does not make shakes out of the different types of ice cream offered!
Also, the staff is less than polite most of the time. There are a couple of the girls that have been nice but that’s not what we regularly experience when we stop or call in.
It’s very unfortunate as a local because we used to enjoy stopping but we’ve gone from at least once a week to maybe twice all season.
In response to your snarky reply, your food is not an upgrade, your employees are not polite even when you are nothing but polite to them, syrups and add in items to soft serve ice cream does not taste like regular ice cream by any stretch of the imagination (Shake or not.) and you never replied to your lack of available receipts.
It’s very unfortunate that as an owner you would not take negative feedback a little more seriously!

Meggy Moos is a summertime tradition–you MUST go just to say you did. No indoor seating. Outdoor picnic tables. Soft serve ice cream. Hamburgers, hot dogs etc all available.
There’s always a line at Moos. Service can be a bit slow. You can now call your order in before arriving. Shortens wait time considerably. Moos is seasonal (summer only). Our favorite is Malt shake.
