Eeek, I’m glad I stopped in before seeing the reviews because my experience was completely different. I’m visiting the area and drove by for lunch and a caffeine fix. My gf is local and wanted the caramel apple cider that she swears is incredible (I haven’t tried it so I can’t speak to it personally). I also ordered the brown sugar oatmilk latte (woah was that yummy! Tasted much more like cinnamon than sugar but delicious) and the chipotle chicken panini which was absolutely insane. So dang good. The perfect ratio of actual chicken, meat and creamy chipotle sauce on toasted bread. It was superb. Highly recommend giving it a try for yourself. The service was also extremely friendly. I’m sorry for those who gad other experiences.

Been going here since it opened. Wildly inconsistent on drink flavor. I’ve ordered the same drink since they have opened. And it tastes different almost every time. For the prices they want for their products you would think they could make a recipe to follow. Then once you order you will be waiting no less than 10-15 minutes for a single drink. I just spent 25 minutes in the drive through behind 1 person that got a single drink handed to them (I ordered 2 drink)….. 25 minutes. It’s ridiculous.

I always get just a simple hot chocolate and its hit or miss, sometimes its great and other times it taste like water. It got to the point where when I order i ask for extra chocolate and there are times they give it to me I take a drink and guess what….. tastes like there is hardly enough chocolate in it.

I tried this place for the convenience of the drive thru and glad I did. They have a big variety to choose from and healthy option if your watching your diet. I got the avocado toast with boiled egg and a fit protein frappe and both were great. My husband has had there iced mocha coffee and enjoyed it. We been in the shop as well and the atmosphere was nice, clam and comfy. They have a fire place but wasn’t on and few diffrent seating areas to enjoy your coffee and meal.

Worst coffee experience. We watched 8 people in drive thru, and 3 others inside be helped before we got our order. We had 3 drinks, a muffin ( which we were given the wrong kind) a bagel and a pack of mini donuts. When we arrive a man was standing waiting for his single hazelnut drink. I dont know how long he was waiting before we arrived but he was there a good 10 min. No one else was in the store! We ordered and went to sit and wait. Another lady came in and ordered a drink and a bag of stuff she was out in under 5 min. Then another older lady came in got her drink in under 5 and was out. We were still waiting. My drink came out and my bagel. We waited I ended up going to the front and asking what was up. The girl was leaning against the counter playing on her phone as I stood in front. She said there was something wrong with her machine and would get the drinks made asap. She stood like that another 5 min. I ask again and at this point 5 more cars went through drive thru. We were there over 30 min and they had to fix one of the drinks before we left. We witness 3 girls playing with their hair putting in ponytails another making drinks wipe her nose on her hand!! I made a comment about it and they turned rude. I’m not trying to be a Karen but it does not take 30 min to make 3 drinks and heat a bagel. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. waste of $50. And they for a $8+dollar tip I wish I could revoke.

I have high praises for this Mega-Latte location. I visit here every Saturday morning for breakfast, and occasionally come here for an impulse coffee. I’ve rigidly done this exact routine for the last ~40 weeks. They provide quality service every time without fail. It’s always clean and the location is aesthetically pleasing. The staff are always kind and accommodating. They apologize if something goes wrong (it’s only ever minor inconsequential things), although I never really mind. Occasionally wait times are a bit long, but it’s always worth it. Their rewards system is really nice too. You don’t have to sign up for anything, they somehow track it automatically; I’ve had the pleasure of many ocassional 70 cent coffees. My only minor complaint, if any, is that sometimes my Cinnabon waffle is a bit cool. Of course, it’s not a big deal, because I can always just toss it in the microwave for a few seconds. Just thought I’d throw in some constructive feedback. Thank you, Mega-Latte!

When I got to the menu board, I was asked if I could wait. Waited 5 minutes before ordering. They were out of avocados for the toast I wanted so I skipped it. Got a zinger. Pulled up to the window after I paid and waited an additional 16 minutes for the drink to be made. My drink had too much syrup in it, so I won’t be finishing it…
Ever since they have expanded to many more places, the quality and service has gone downhill. That should not have taken that long and there were about 7 people standing in the lobby looking super impatient as well.
Consider more staffing and better training!!!

Well 3rd time is a charm or maybe not . 3 times this week get a $9 coffee ask for different stuff and get it repeated back. All three times got a different coffee. Caramel macchiato with Blueberry extra shot. No Blueberry no extra shot. This time and coffee tastes like water and cream.
