It is one of my favorite places to go for boba and desserts! They have a lot of milk tea and dessert choices. Each are highly customizable and all are delicious. Their boba is soft and they stay true to their sugar levels. They do not make it overly sweet, perfect for Asian tastebuds. The service can be a bit slow as they only have 1-3 people working, but it is generally worth the wait. I have to stop by every time I am nearby.

MeetFresh, a Taiwanese, dessert based eatery – this place serves a great variety of cold and hot goodness. This place serves orders pretty quickly. I highly recommend the Pudding and Q Mochi Shaved Ice . There are many toppings that go on as well: different types of pudding, jellies, taro balls, etc. This is definitely a more shareable item, easily good for 3ish people . But yeah, bright, clean place, nice atmosphere, and nice staff too. Easily my 6th-7th time here. Love this place. There’s a dessert for everybody

Inconsistent but generally very good. my most recent experience was horrible but the last few times were great. the cold taro bowl dessert had no flavor and was watery with little ingredients. the matcha waffle was great and filling. the ice desserts are usually good too.

Great service. Staff were fast when preparing the food and very nice. I’m aware this is an Asian restaurant chain only recently coming to the US. You may find the menu a bit intimidating with the characters next to the words. But give it a chance!
Dining area was clean and the price was on point! Not too expensive. Come with a few friends because the portions are large!
We will be back!

Best Asian desserts I’ve every had in North Carolina, their dessert options are mainly focused on taro, so every dessert has some type of taro delicacy in them. Flavors are authentic, as you’d expect from an asian dessert chain. Service is friendly and you get your food within 5 minutes. My only complaint is that the prices are on the higher end in terms of desserts.

Delicious food! The mochi shaved ice is my favorite, and the warm dishes are very good as well. If you need more mochi like me you can get only mochi too. The mango ice they serve in the summer is really good and it has a lot of toppings! If you are going for a drink try the winter melon tea. The owner is very friendly and its pleasure ordering from them.

What a treat. Our first visit so we stayed pretty basic. Everything we ordered was delicious! We got the strawberry shaved ice and a chocolate “waffle” both very generous potions. It’s not the fastest turnaround but everyone is busy. We did purposely chose a quiet time of day & week and surprisingly we were not the only party there. Will definitely try to be more adventurous with my selection next time.

Went here the other day and had a good time. The staff were helpful, no other Boba shop has offered me a tea sample before. While the Boba was good, the real star are the numerous dessert offerings. Shaved ice, puddings and other Asian treats that are hard to find in most of the Carolinas, let along fresh and high quality. Just be smarter than us and bring in at least 3 people, but probably four If you get the shaved ice! It’s huge but my partner and I could barely finish half!

I was so looking forward to having quality, Taiwan styled shaved ice on a warm day in February. Shaved ice is a well known special of Taiwan and this place looked like it could fit the bill. What a disappointment it was.
We were very happy to see the place crowded with lots of happy looking people chatting and eating. The space inside is big for this type of establishment and they had outdoor seating, which was perfect for this warm, 70+ degree day in February.
The menu looks extensive, but it did not seem to have fresh mango, which is one of the specialties of Taiwan shaved ice because mangos are plentiful and delicious in Taiwan. I understand it’s probably hard to get that in NC on a consistent based, so that was OK.
We ordered their Taro Ball Signature ice. As the first item on that section of the menu, I thought it’s the most popular or the one they recommend the most. We also ordered Egg Waffle.
They looked busy, so I expected some wait to get the food. But, I did not expect a 40 minute wait to get the food!!
Given they were busy, that was almost excusable.
What is not good, is the quality of the product is poor, and the excuse given was not acceptable.
I was expecting snow like, fine shaved ice with the toppings sitting on top of the fine shaved ice.
What I got (see the picture), was chunks of ice, with the toppings under the chunks of ice in liquid. Looks like it has been melting for a bit of time.
I didn’t get shaved ice. I got crushed ice chunks.
What a disappointment!! I thought it was important to give them real time feedback, so I flagged one of the workers down and asked them about it. He basically said “When we are busy, the ice shaving machine can’t keep up, so you get this type of ice when we are busy”
That is not an acceptable answer. What would be an acceptable answer?
How about telling me ahead of time there would be chunks of ice? I would have chosen a different item on the menu. What about saying something like “We are sorry. This is not representative of our product, here is a coupon to try us again in the future”
Needless to say, I will not be back.

Staff was helpful and friendly and there were so many options to choose from! Loved the taro pudding and the winter melon tea. Already looking forward to going back!
I went back. This place is THE BEST boba & dessert place in NC. Truly exquisite. Incredible staff. Ten stars.
