For my birthday tonight I ordered 15 hot wings. The edges were dry but the biggest issue was that they gave me 13 drums and two flats. They did not mention to me before ordering that I would be getting the less desirable drums because people order flats a lot here.

I have seen this place for many years but I have never been until now and I’m sorry about that. I have been missing out, but now I know. Medo’s Italian Restaurant is what I feel a Italian restaurant should look like the ambience was pretty perfect. Our waitress was Kimberly and she was great. She had to walk the length of the restaurant to get our drinks and refills and believe me when I tell you that there was plenty refills, God bless Kimberly I know she got her steps in that day. She never let our drinks run out at any time. Our food was brought out piping hot and in a timely manner. Not only was Kimberly nice and a great waitress but the rest of the staff was awesome also. They did great picking there staff. The food was delicious as well. I got the cheese steak and oh my gosh, I could eat that from there every single day! It was one of the best I’ve ever had. The bread was crunchy and that just completely made the sandwich! There’s a sign in the window that says that their cheese steak is the best in town and they wasn’t lying either! If you like cheese steaks you must get you one from there! The cheese steaks come with a bag of potato chips. My mom got the Tuesday special which was the baked ziti with garlic bread and a salad for $6.99. It was really good and big enough to share too. This was the first time we’ve eaten here. Pizza and the crust was tasteless and bland. We were very disappointed. Sauce tasted canned and chicken parm we didn’t even touch it didn’t look good. Won’t eat here again. Unfortunately, finding good Italian food here is impossible.

Ordered the big medos burger. Nothing about it was big. The fries were also burnt. After showing the picture to the manager Karen she said that the fries are just dark sometimes. Also said they ordered new burger patties and that’s all they had now. The burgers are literally the size of slider patties. Maybe a tiny bit thicker but that’s it. They offered a refund if we returned the burger and fries. Instead of just saying “hey let me knock a few bucks off your bill” especially since we are regular customers. So now I will never order from them again. I look forward to the reply blaming the customer since they seem to do that in a lot of the reviews.
Edit: They called me back a little while later and asked did we want another burger and fries. I declined but wanted to say they did make a effort. I was over the whole situation by then and ready to go bed after working 3rd shift.

Ordered 2 chicken Alfredo got my chicken super burnt the sauce is not good it tasted super old . I call to complain and the manager had her employee talk instead of her talk to me and I asked if I would take it back if she could give me another one and she said no I had to pay full price worst place ever and they have lost my business. In response to your comment about keeping the food. Why are you lying i told the employee’s I would gladly take it to you and you said no you have to pay full price for your replacement. So you can try to lie all you want my husband has worked in a restaurant longer than you guys have been in business. An he said it himself that the way the food was sent out was unacceptable.

My husband and I went there for lunch. I got a pizza slice and salad. The dough and cheese was AMAZING The best I have ever had. The pizza sauce was good but a tad to sweet for my taste. ( my husband that it was the best ever). My salad was fresh and yummy. My husband had a turkey sub and thought it was really tasty. The folks were super kind and nice.
I do feel it needs a make over.

I ordered take out, I ordered a steak and cheese Stromboli and it was I can swear 90% cheese and only tiny bits of steak, I have ordered from there many times…but I was very disappointed in my Stromboli today.

***BEFORE YOU MAKE THE DECISION TO EAT HERE, PLEASE READ. ***
I stopped going to Medos all together, my family and i went one day and were told that one of the main ovens which was the largest oven was broken, well we asked if the food was going to take a while to cook since we had a toddler with us and we were told that they had another oven and it would take 15 minutes to make our food since we didn’t order anything ‘large’ well, my family and I were waiting 45 minutes for our food and when we brought it up to the server, the server got the owners wife and she came out and started getting horrible snappy with us and said “you can just leave then” even though I was trying to explain our frustration, well, she ended up starting a verbal fight with me. I’m Hispanic and I was told that the owner (the husband) was also Hispanic from the servers themselves. I said that I wanted to speak to the owner and a boy came around the corner and said “you can talk to me” and I said “I thought the owner was Hispanic” well needless to say, the owners wife came back around the corner and said “so what” about her husband being Hispanic and she damn near jumped the counter and tried to fight me while calling me a racist (though IM Hispanic LOL) The husband (the owner) finally came around and was trying to calm his wife down and when i got loud back with her and matched her energy she started to hide behind her husband and her husband was apologizing constantly and said it was completely his wife’s fault and was explaining to her that there was absolutely nothing wrong with what I said, he straight up told her that she needed to chill out and kept apologizing to me for her behavior. Well, long story short, we never went back and that was over a year ago. Understand, I heard plenty of bad stories about Medos before giving it a chance but, i’m the type of person that needs to figure out for myself. This wasn’t the first time we’ve had a problem with Medos food or even the length of time It took for our food, but when we did have a problem, they would remake our food for us and try to fix their mistakes. My family and I didn’t want to pay the price of an Italian restaurant so this was a decently inexpensive option. Though it’s a cute layout and nice decorations, once you walk in, you will realize that It’s almost always empty and I see why. Your better off eating at the zoo. Take my advice

Medo’s is an enjoyable place to eat and their food is delicious. The waitress was very nice and always checked back often. They also have carryout and delivery.
