Meatball sub with extra cheese – Wife loved it.
Philly Cheese Steak with extra meat – It was good but a little dry. I even added mayo, but it still was a little dry. But really good flavor.
Both sandwiches were extremely fresh and hot. I took the 2nd half of my sandwich home, and it was still hot, not warm, but hot over an hour later.
Half a sandwich is more than enough, especially if you get extra meat.

Nice friendly people work there. Food comes out in a timely manner. It was my first time at Meconi’s and I will definitely be back. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich which was a Ooi gooey deliciously made perfectly toasted sandwich. I observed several customers coming in ordering the sandwich they wanted and doctoring it up with add-ons making it the way they wanted. The person taking the order was cool like a cucumber, taking orders and answering the phone at the same time. Amazing local business that deserves your support over those other franchise sandwich shops.

All those cars out front I thought ok, this is the place..but it was Very quiet. Wasn’t greeted right away. Ordered a combo meal, combo sandwich..supposed to have 3 meats, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion..herbs..if it wasn’t for the HUGE French roll bun I wouldn’t have filled up, but I’d have rather filled up with the proteins. They did alot better when ops bought the drive crew a collection of sandwiches. I guess the more you buy the more you get..shouldn’t have to be that way. Here’s the tail end of the French roll w flavors I had for lunch.

New to area , seen the great reviews ; so i made it a must tried on my list. The presentation of food was nice but unfortunately I wasn’t very much swept away, my sub was tasteless. I had the turkey breast half : The mayo taste was off & light ; and way to much lettuce. My partner had the combo of 3 meats, they review was just meh it was alright.

No gluten free bread. Menus in Google that indicate they have gf are out of date. I had a salad with a pile of sliced meat and cheese on sad lettuce. Dressing might have helped.

So I was working in the area and I kept seeing this place… and not seeing a place like this in my area I decided to take some of the guys to lunch…
Was a good choice…
First thing I noticed walking in was how clean the place was.. not a thing out of place…that’s a good sign…the people were very nice and took our order…we then found a place to sit and waited about 5 or so minutes and then our food came.
I had the meatball sub with a side of chili and my co-worker had a Italian sandwich…my meal stayed hot throughout me eating which was awesome…lots of cheese covered the Meatballs just right and the bread was nice n fresh…. chili was very tasty and delicious… none of it lasted long…the Italian sub smelt great.
All 4 of us really liked the place.. we all had a great experience and definitely worth the visit… I shall be back soon to try other things and get a seat outside.. looked cool out there.
