I went there for lunch, the service was amazing the cashier guy who also do the cleaning and everything in the front was really nice! Somehow the snack for samosa was not so good in my opinion, i’ve tried samosa before and the taste was different, the dough was not what I expected it’s 50/50 for me. The rice with the lamb was delicious! The chai was okay to me. I hope they can improve their quality of food. Thanks

Very authentic Pakistani restaurant. Their Chicken Karahi was excellent with the right amount of gravy and chicken tenderness. BBQ was great as well.
My guests enjoyed the food as well. I liked it so much that I went again a day later to grab dinner. This time I ordered Chapli kebabs and they did not disappoint.

The food used to be better, but now has gone really downhill (atleast the buffet). All the dishes seemed to just have color but no taste and flavor. And now they charge 3% credit card fees which they don’t display or advertise properly as is a hidden flyer by the cashier.

We went there on many occasions after we came to Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Their food never actually disappoints us. Because the taste of the food is decent and it is worth the price.
Last day we had Tandoori Chicken with Naan and Chana Dal Fry with Naan. We liked both the items. It was not super super delicious but it actually has the taste to satisfy you somewhat. However, these are definitely not the best Tandoori chicken and chana daal we had in the area. But the food did justice to the price. Tandoori chicken was tender and Juicy , tasted good. However, the chana dal fry could’ve been slightly better. But I would probably overlook this.
Service was very good as always. The environment was quiet since it was a weekday evening. Overall a very decent experience. If anyone wants to have budget indian/pakistani food then I would definitely recommend Lahori Kabab. You wouldn’t be disappointed.

This is a nice little place. We visited for the first time and ordered a variety of items to try. The young girl who waited on us (counter service only) was nice and friendly in trying to explain what the difference was between certain entrees we asked about. The food arrived hot and fresh. The vegetable and chicken samosas were delicious! We wanted the platters listed on the menu but were told they didn’t have them and that the Tandoori mixed grill replaces them (at a much higher cost). We were also told they were out of Saag, so we ordred the Goat Karahi. That was delicious! The meat fell off the bone and of course, the basmati rice is always my favorite rice! The garlic Naan was good, but not great and seemed old. The mixed grill was large and plentiful that we couldn’t finish and took the rest home. We also sampled a dessert which appeared to be a rich, creamy, sweet type of rice pudding. A few hours later when going to finish the meal, I noticed the larger piece of Tandoori chicken was still raw in the center and smelled bad. I did return the next day to advise what happened and I was given another well done piece to take home. I don’t think we’ll be coming back to this establishment in the future based on the hesitation of the gentleman who waited on me when I returned to advise about the raw chicken (with photo evidence, as well as our receipt), as the girl who waited on us the day before wasn’t there. He seemed to think I was lying and in disbelief about the raw chicken when it was clearly raw in the photo. Although I truly appreciated being given a new piece of chicken, that is all that was offered. If I had not accepted it, nothing else was offered. I feel that a partial reimbursement or even a discount on a future meal would have been acceptable.

The previous owner was absolutely rude and I wrote a bad review.
However, a few months ago I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a new owner. The man at the cash register was nice and offered great service. I went to ask for another box of rice and he give it to me for free of charge. The food and service are great. I highly recommend this place.

Don’t judge by the looks of it. Their food is absolutely amazing and tastes very authentic. The first Pakistani restaurant that actually gave us Lahore memories, that’s how great it was. I would almost dare to say that this is the best Pakistani food I have had abroad!
