Wonderful experience! Some of the other dishes we ordered are not pictured but they were just as delicious. We were amazed by every single dish we tried. The only dish we had a small issue with was the bone marrow was overcooked on one end and was so hard we couldn’t spoon out a good chunk of it, essentially wasted 25% of it. It felt like a good chunk was wasted as we couldn’t eat it and it was a more expensive appetizer. Besides that issue, the server was very informative and knowledgeable about their ingredients and made great recommendations. Fabulous overall.

I truly had the most amazing meal of my life here.. Id done some research on this restaurant before we came to try it, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. To start, the service was fabulous, our waitress was very professional and knowledgeable about the dishes and proper pairings for each one. The view from the outside seating was stunning!!
We ordered 5 different dishes and shared them and the plating was beautiful, the produce was impeccably fresh, and the flavor combinations blew me away. I love that the ingredients are organic and relatively local, and i could really taste the care and love cooked into each dish. We left feeling so impressed and inspired by this restaurant, and will definitely be back on our next vacation.

Probably top 3 meals of my life! The service was outstanding. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable. Best bone marrow I’ve ever had and the fingerling potatoes were incredible. Serious compliments to the chef and his crew. I already cant wait to go back.

My wife and I dined here for a date night while traveling from Austin, and it was a wonderful experience. I started with the 50/50 martini, which was excellent, and we shared the Brussels sprouts and Korean wings as appetizers. Both were fantastic and absolutely bursting with flavor—though the Brussels sprouts definitely stole the show.
For our main courses, we ordered the pork shank and the Moroccan chicken. Unfortunately, my pork shank portion was underwhelming. When I mentioned this to our server (Patrick), he was incredibly professional and genuinely determined to make things right. The dish was comped, and I was offered a replacement entrée without hesitation. That level of care and responsiveness was truly outstanding. Variations in meat happen, but the way the situation was handled was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced.
My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Moroccan chicken, and we ended the evening with the espresso chai cookie served with ice cream—an incredible finale to the meal. I would absolutely dine here again and highly praise their commitment to quality and their dedication to ensuring a great guest experience.

As always, the food and service were excellent. However, the restaurant’s ambiance suffers greatly in the winter. The whole environment feels stressed. It is like an episode of The Bear. Diners are packed in like sardines, which makes it hard to hear. You have to scream at your waiter and dining companions just so everyone can understand what you’re saying. It is a disaster that ruins the dining experience. The restaurant desperately needs to expand. We now try to visit on off-days to avoid this chaotic atmosphere. Please fix this problem!

My wife and I tried this place on a whim after skiing all day. We heard great things, and absolutely every aspect of this restaurant topped even our wildest expectations! First and foremost, the heated igloo, wow, what a dining experience!!!! We were the first to arrive but things filled up shortly, the atmosphere was lovely. Especially during the holidays, this really made things special. It was freezing outside, but wonderfully warm inside. The staff were so accommodating, friendly, and experienced. The food, well the food is to dieeee for! Absolutely the best meal we’ve had in the state, and we visit all of the well known ski towns. A pure gem of a place, we will be back!

This place is amazing. The food is delightful, the vibe is gorgeous. Blake was my server and she was an absolute delight and predicted my every need!! I am going to be dreaming about this food forever. Definitely make a reservation! I figured I’d be fine as I was only a party of one, but thank goodness was I called first because the (also very kind!) host told me I should make a reservation as they were pretty busy.
Food takes a bit longer to come out, but in my opinion this is great because it gives you time to really savor everything. Try the ice cream and as silly as it may sound, the house made butter is also amazing!!! LOVE!!!!

When I say this was the best meal of my life I’m not being dramatic. I’ve been to some really amazing restaurants and this far exceeded my expectations. Absolutely incredible. Truly, an artistic feat to create a meal like this. We had the pork shank, risotto, and Brussels sprouts. Absolutely phenomenal. I have no words. Do yourself a favor and go here. Don’t even look at the prices, It’s worth every penny! But it is popular so make a reservation if possible!

Must go in Pagosa Springs! We came down to the Springs on a little getaway and saw Meander’s on the map and based on the menu and reviews we had to try. Absolutely amazing experience! All of the staff was so kind and welcoming. You can tell they all enjoy their jobs and know their menu inside out! We ordered a winter sangria, the pork belly as a starter, the scallops and short rib as out mains and the toffee cake and olive oil ice cream as dessert. Everything was phenomenal! A true culinary experience of unique flavors! Will definitely return when I am back down in the springs!
