07/16/2023 updated review…Let me give you an update. I had such a bad experience with them delivering my meals. I received a notice by text that my delivery failed unable to reach me. Mind you I’ve been ordering from them for 2 months and they usually just leave my meals on the front porch and either me or a family member gets it for me and we put it on the fridge right away. Well for some reason they couldn’t reach me and I didn’t get my meals. I called customer service no answer left a voice mail message. No call back I send a text and the representative text me back saying that the drivers couldn’t find my meals. After an hour or so I text them back and get an automated response that they are closed now. I over them a nasty message asking for a call back today with my refund or my meals. I get a call back and the guy said oh they can’t find the my meals so I told him give me a refund he said it will take 2-3 business days to received so I asked for a gift card and they did send it to me. My thing is that they guy didn’t sound concerned didn’t apologize. This is such horrible service. I am not a happy customer. They don’t sound caring at all. I’m scared to place an order with them again I’m afraid they’re going to loose my meals and give me the run around. This is so unprofessional. Food is good but their customer service is horrible lack of communication.
I would totally recommend Meals my Mel. Their service is awesome. If you have any passwords problems they help you right away. Their food is so delicious it’s helped me with my weight loss journey. It’s more convenient for me since they deliver. They communicate pretty well when they are going to deliver your food. Totally would recommend Meals by Mel to my family and friends. Thank you.

Would not recommend, frequent issues with orders and they will not provide a proper credit for the missing items. Generic responses blaming suppliers, refuse refunds.
