A real gem. Had the breakfast burrito and the pumpkin cinnamon roll (a special), and couldn’t have been happier. Loved the spicy pork green chili. Can’t wait to go back.

Off the beaten path in Allenpark, CO. The rustic home feels like you are going to grandmas house for breakfast. My son had the breakfast sandwich with bacon, Cheddar, eggs over medium on sour dough toast. It was huge, delicious and came with a large serving of homemade breakfast potatoes. I had the Rocky Mountain omelette it was loaded with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions. I chose the pancake as a side which included cinnamon honey butter. Everything was perfect. The cafe fits the feel of its location a small rustic old home, it is very well kept up and cozy! Service from the owner Jennifer was outstanding. Highly recommended for a truly hearty mountain breakfast!

Soooooo cozy!! Loved this place and everything and everyone in it. Was a chill Monday morning with a few tables taken up inside. Was cool to learn from the waitress, Jenny, that it was built back in 1946 and still mostly original! I love the charm and decor, felt like going to your family’s cabin. The wood stove was on and it felt so nice in there. I got their biscuits and gravy and a side of their pork green chili. The chili was REALLY good and spicy! Lots of meat and chunky, definitely need to check it out if you love green chili. The B&G was also very good and cozy. Huge portion! I was able to take leftovers. Can’t wait to go back and sit on the front porch when it’s warmer outside. They had specials and a different table got this fantastic looking blueberry cobbler thing that I wish I had stomach room for. Really cute and awesome little place. Highly recommend!

We heard about this place from lady at Bird and Jim restaurant in estes park and we drove almost 40 minutes to have a breakfast here. There was no network connection at all in the area where this cafe is which makes it more secluded and more with local roots. The decor at this cute little cafe is so amazing. Its cozy and warm inside of the cafe. Their blueberry vanilla shake and house brewed americano was more than we could expect. And the amazing rocky mountain omelette was worth the hype. Bagel and eggs were good too. Customer service was very homely and kind. They have only 4 tables so you might have to wait for it but it is worth waiting trust me. Its always great to explore local places.

This is a legit tiny mountain cabin. Come for the experience. It may not be the best stop if you are starving and there are no other stops for miles. I got a ham and cheese sandwich and it was tasty. The sandwich bread is homemade. It is tiny, and like sitting in my great grandma’s front room while she worked in the kitchen.

What a great tiny breakfast place! We sat on the porch and had the perfect meal. I had the french toast and my hubby had biscuits & gravy,. The coffee was very tasty, with a hint of cinnamon (something I do at home too!) and our waitress was super sweet. The locals that came in ordered the giant cinnamon roll that looked to die for!

Stumbled across this place 2 summers ago after hiking in Wild Basin practically starving
I remembered it very well the last time and insisted on taking my wife back down there after we visited Wiild Basin on this trip.
Very friendly waitress no-frills place but I felt like home… Had a great breakfast and enjoyed the atmosphere

If you’re staying anywhere near this restaurant, I highly recommend visiting. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was so welcoming. Other people seated at tables greeted us when we walked in the door and when we left. Really feels like home. The parking is limited and seems like a popular joint. The restaurant is quaint and charming with limited seating, but well worth any wait time.

Oh this little gem! Fun spot, teeny tiny and warm feeling inside. The lot was full at 7:30 when they opened and we all quickly filled this restaurant and awaited our amazing breakfast. I regret that I didn’t take photos of the menu. The gentleman that took care of us was kind and attentive, he helped the entire room. Lots of little things to look at and a few things to purchase around. I will absolutely be back, every trip I take to the nearby Estes Park.
