Food was very good. The salad was crisp and fresh. The pizza was perfect.
Service was up to Park. MY waiter/cashier was very nice and patient.
The atmosphere was typical pizza place. TV’s blaring, but not over powering.
Overall, a good pizza place.

The pizza tastes decent, but I’m giving it 3 starts because the lack of toppings, especially sausage and artichokes. I keep trying this location thinking maybe it’s just a fluke or bad night for them but they consistently put too little toppings, serving sizes aren’t like the other locations in town unfortunately. lol got a nice piece of hair baked into the bread. Totally didn’t enjoy believe it or not. Will not be returning here ever. Check ur crust as you eat or you could end up eating hair Spent about $50 for food and it all gone thrown in the trash as soon as we found the hair. Everytime I come here the service is very off putting. Even ordering over the phone. They don’t act or sound like they know what they are doing. And to add they put about 6 slices of onions as a topping on a large pizza. Edit ~ I called and the manager offered a refund or remake for the pizzas. Another update went in to get my refund and they only refunded me one pizza even though we had to throw away all of it because I didn’t have the pizza from two days ago to bring back as it was midnight when we found the hair and threw it away because why keep it and I couldn’t get the refund the next day I had to wait two days. What am I going to do save hairy pizza? Total joke the suck I’m very disappointed

Always great for both takeout and dine-in! I have to say my family and I love the pizza and their crust is sooooo good! Super happy that we have them down the street from our home! I highly recommend this pizzeria always makes our pizza just how we like it extra crispy! Ohh and love they are supporters of our local football teams! #PatsUp baby!

The pizza today was disappointing. There must be a topping shortage we are not aware of. We ordered a large three topping, when we opened the box it looked like one topping. Maybe the toppings we ordered cost extra? Do better Me N Ed’s.

Their pizza was delicious! The counter girl was super friendly and was kind enough to ask us if we wanted to hear the specials! The cook was also super friendly and had our food out promptly and tasted great! We will definitely be back.

Tonight we had The best pizza ,wings and wedges we’ve ever had. The only issues here is that there’s so many working the back while only 1 cashier takes orders , and no one restocks napkins, straws etc. next to the soda machine . And not to mention tables are dirty even though it was slow around 6pm , trash was full no kidding nothing else fit in, and also all the workers seem to be annoyed being there no smiles no greet . I will be coming back though for the food to take home.

I unfortunately had a bad experience at this store today. I have heard from people in the area that this store can be quite slow with orders and to give extra time, I only have a 30 min lunch and wanted to have enough time to eat. I ordered a personal pizza and a cookie so it said 20 min pickup time. I wanted to give extra time so about 25 mins later I drove to the store so probably around 30 mins total. When I got there they still said I had to wait another 7 mins and I said ok. Since I had my 30 min lunch timer going I could see the 7 mins come and go. At the 15 min mark(45 mins after placing my order) I went back to ask and they said they were still waiting on the cookie. About 3-4 mins later I got my order and the grabbed my receipt before I could and tossed it. I work in food service too and I get when you are short staffed but they had a ton of employees there and 1/2 were just talking to each other. When I got home my pizza did taste really good but my cookie was burnt unfortunately. I didn’t want to call that store to talk to a manager because obviously whoever is there is allowing these behaviors to happen so I called another one. I was then informed this is a franchised location and they can’t do anything for me. My hopes is that maybe the franchisee sees this and is able to give the feedback to the supervisor on duty.

We have always liked Me&Eds and usually go to a different location but we thought we would try this location. We ordered one of the family deals which comes with potato wedges and hot wings. When we got the wedges they did not come with ranch which surprised us because at the other location we always get ranch with our wedges. When I asked they said it was a $1 charge. We also did not get any ranch with our wings as well. We were not informed that it did not come with ranch. We also had to ask for plates.
When using the restroom there was no toilet paper or paper towels in either restroom. When I told one of the workers he said he would let them know. It was not taken care of.
The employees seemed not to care about customer service. While eating we noticed a guy walk up to the counter and put his beer cup under one of the taps and proceed to pour his beer. None of the staff said anything or even acknowledge he was doing this. He then walked behind the counter and spoke to the staff. Not sure if it was the owner but this seemed very unprofessional. Appartently this is the only place in town that the ranch is more expensive than the beer.

We really want to love this place. We’ve always been big fans of Me-n-Ed’s and love that this location is just down the street—but time after time, it just ends up being a letdown.
The biggest issue is the service. The staff are generally friendly, but it always feels like no one really knows what they’re doing. I’ve been charged incorrectly for the lunch special before, and when I asked about it, the explanation I got made zero sense… and I still ended up overpaying. Ordering always seems to be a slow process and an issue.
There have been other weird experiences too—like the time they ran out of “water” cups and instead of letting us use the regular cups, they made us pay to use those. Even though they were out of the other ones. Make it make sense.
Tonight, we were the only ones dining in. The person taking our order might’ve been new, but seemed super confused over a pretty basic order. The outside seating area was gross—old food and trash on the ground, tables covered in dust. The bathrooms were out of soap. Not a great vibe.
On the plus side, most of our food was actually really good and the order was about 80% right. But one of the pizzas was made wrong, and honestly, I didn’t even bother asking for a fix or refund because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle.
This spot could be great with better service and some basic attention to cleanliness and customer experience. We keep giving it chances because we love the brand and the location, but it’s just not delivering.
